Having the confidence that I can retrieve/discover any of our email files for as long as they remain stored in a central archive as opposed as the time when an employee leaves is a big thing. It is a ready-made tool (which plays well) particularly in our heavily regulated industry. **What do you dislike about ArcTitan?** ArcTitan doesn't look so modern as the other cloud solutions that are applied. The search works slowly and the process is dreary where oftentimes I cannot find what I'm looking for. It is not the software which is the easiest to the use and for on-boarding new team members it is not soon than necessitates. **What problems is ArcTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?** ArcTitan solves a critical problem. It accomplishes two key objectives for us as it enables us to remain compliant with regulations and provides that even if an employee accidentally deletes the email, we can still store a copy of it. Having this mindfulness, in fact, is a treasure more precious than anything else. ### 2. It allows you to archive all the emails with a strong encryption scheme to ensure their safety. Its easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Outlook 365. **What do you dislike about ArcTitan?** Setup of the tool is not easier more so assigning different emails. **What problems is ArcTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use the ArcTitan for email and organization email archiving. The tool meets the requirements and leaves an audit trail. Once you archive the mails, you are able to retrieve with a single click. ### 3. You only find out about new features by stumbling across webinars and when you ask for help setting up new features or even simple requests the support is dreadful. Worse than that it's patronising. If you are an expert in E-Mail and Azure and OAuth then this will be a breeze but if you are a standard customer then i would advise to look elsewhere. **What problems is ArcTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Should have solved the issues we run into with MS 0365 archiving but due to inability to get any straight help from support this is not the case. ### 4. The interface is intuitive. The search function is helpful. Easy to connect to O365. **What do you dislike about ArcTitan?** They started by subscription term before granting access to the function. I have requested that they reset the start date but as of yet, it has not been done. **What problems is ArcTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a solution to seamlessly archive our email from O365. 2) The feature of activity logged I like most because the user gets restricted to looking at everyone's mails till that activity is logged for accountability.

3) Searching feature with keyword is extremely efficient.

4) Customer support is also good; whatever query you have, they will provide you with an excellent solution.

5) Pricing for ArcTitan is reasonable. **What do you dislike about ArcTitan?** 1) If we could get an option in searching keywords like (contains or doesn't contain) function, it would help a lot to find search keywords more effectively.

2) If we can get support for mobile devices, it will be more helpful.

3) Other than this, there is nothing to dislike; ArcTitan is simply fantastic. **What problems is ArcTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are looking for the best email archiving tools to save old emails from different communications with our clients and to access the emails immediately when required, so our search ends with ArcTitan, which helps us fetch clients' emails using keywords and also has an easy user interface. The unlimited storage space also allows you to really keep all your emails (important or not). **What do you dislike about ArcTitan?** There is no on-prem version; some organizations need to have such solutions. **Recommendations to others considering ArcTitan:** The support is professional and competent. **What problems is ArcTitan solving and how is that benefiting you?** All company emails can be consulted even after they have been deleted from the mailbox or even if the mailbox no longer exists; this solved the need for heavy PST storage and speeded up the search for old emails. ### 9.
