With ArkTitan, I am anxiety-free. Having the confidence that I can retrieve/discover any of our email files for as long as they remain stored in a central archive as opposed as the time when an employee leaves is a big thing. ArcTitan doesn't look so modern as the other cloud solutions that are applied. The search works slowly and the process is dreary where oftentimes I cannot find what I'm looking for. The back end set up is complicated for anyone that isnt a IT Guru. You only find out about new features by stumbling across webinars and when you ask for help setting up new features or even simple requests the support is dreadful. Worse than that it's patronising. With ArcTitan, we can keep emails secure by archiving them. In addition, we can always retrieve them whenevr need be and it comes with amazing encryption capabiltiies hence bettering data protection.

2) The Feature of activity logged I like most because user gets restricted to looking at everyone mails till that activity logged for accountability.

We have been using ArcTitan for one year now without any problems.
