**What do you like best about ARCS 2G?**

Easy to set up and set up and group users to complete the account and get ready. It can report to, for example, clients or time guards.

**What do you dislike about ARCS 2G?**

I wish I could create and save a little more review reports. Finding a filter in different categories takes a lot of time to learn.

**What problems is ARCS 2G solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to find other issues that pose a problem for the guidelines due to the age of their balances.

**What do you like best about ARCS 2G?**

I love to use this to keep track of all of our open invoices, to be sure we are on top of our appeals. 

**What do you dislike about ARCS 2G?**

I wish it was a little easier to create and store reports. Finding all of the filters, in the different categories, takes a lot of time to learn. 

**What problems is ARCS 2G solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to run reports to find any matter that should have been billed, but attorneys haven't returned pre bills. We have been able to find matters that a in danger of violating guidelines because of the age of their balances. We can tailor make our reports to fit all of our departments.

**What do you like best about ARCS 2G?**

Easy setup specially tabs and group help the user to complete a report and ready to go. It gives you the option to set up the report based on viewer such as clients or the time keeper.
Output is another option to customized report to display the results of the report. 


**What do you dislike about ARCS 2G?**

-At times building reports can be confusing and complicated using this software. For example, it is hard to choose the correct format to begin with. 
-Only two report type options to choose from Aging and GQ

**What problems is ARCS 2G solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Account receivable and time sheet
