**What do you like best about ARCOS Incident Manager?**

I like most of the thinks that the tool provides, be it the real-time allocation and acceptance of tasks; the centralized dashboard; the seamless communication and reassignment of tasks; the ample customization available; excellent planning and preparation capabilities.

**What do you dislike about ARCOS Incident Manager?**

Would love to see it on Android and IOS platforms, as that would simply make this even more user friendly and super cool to use on a day to day basis.

**What problems is ARCOS Incident Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamless integration, ample scope for visualizing and accounting for emergency planning and customization available for each response group.

**What do you like best about ARCOS Incident Manager?**

This tool helps to manage task and events efficiently with their nice UI. it has cool features like push/trigger notifications via diffrent channels and helps to maintain docs at single place.

**What do you dislike about ARCOS Incident Manager?**

Costing can be lower for few feaures and can improve on latency.

**What problems is ARCOS Incident Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves  to handle alerts when we have issue with our serviecs. incident is automatically escalated to concern entity and resolved with less downtime.
