VMS required a second SIS system subscription, as it is incompatible with our main one. Our guards rarely use the VMS with the iPads because it doesn't work. Their AI often mistakes totally different looking people (can't even tell blue eyes vs brown eyes) as possible match for sex offender! Social Sentinel has extreme limitations (can't read private social media channels or discord). Trevor Pettite has been great to work with. Whenever we’ve had questions about something, he’s walked us through it. **What problems is Navigate360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have pictures of every classroom, including 360 photos, as well as the larger gathering spaces. Our First Responders are able to pull up these photos as well, which is invaluable! We’ve found areas where we’ve needed to install more cameras. We’ve found that we needed to order more night lock releases, more weather radios and more rolling first aid carts and we bought them. I don’t think you can ever be too prepared. ### 13. Before NaviGate Prepared was introduced I have no real sense of what to do in an emergency. I had no way to contact anyone if I was outside of my classroom or in the cafeteria. Not only that but I was only taught to wait for instructions for my next in an emergency. It is so wonderful to know that in a dire emergency the best judgment is my own. Also, this company provides a bunch of opportunity for training as needed. **What do you dislike about Navigate360?** In terms of this software, there isn't too much to dislike. **Recommendations to others considering Navigate360:** NaviGate Prepared is a very useful system when it comes to thinking about safety and security within your school district or business. Their online system and easy to use and they have a wonderful staff that provides any kind of training that may be needed. This program gives access to administrators to see where issues may lie within the building but is smart enough to realize that an emergency can happen at any time and allows for staff to trigger an alarm as needed. **What problems is Navigate360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have to have a system like this set up for within the school districts. It is the law. The benefits I have realized is it allows for a quick head count of students and easily alerts the administrator if there is an issue. Plus, we have all of our safety information located in one central place through NaviGate. ### 33. For issues we've had, we contact support and the problem is rectified immediately. **Recommendations to others considering Navigate360:** I let everyone know the ease of use and recommend they purchase for their districts. **What problems is Navigate360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our district has realized huge cost savings - from little things like paper costs from producing physical binders yearly to bigger savings in time spent redoing things year after year.
