A more modern interface / cloud-based backend than our last solution. We have their VMS, SocialSentinel, and LMS for active shooter training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Navigate360? Overpromised compatibility before revealing limitations. VMS required a second SIS system subscription, as it is incompatible with our main one. Our guards rarely use the VMS with the iPads because it doesn't work. Their AI often mistakes totally different looking people (can't even tell blue eyes vs brown eyes) as possible match for sex offender! Social Sentinel has extreme limitations (can't read private social media channels or discord). There ALICE active shooter training is all online - in real world people forget what to do.
