I like the way I can organize things. We used to use a lot Google Docs. Now I can create folders, a docspace, and have all the documents in one place/view. Also, I like that it is easy to share the docs and that you have a lot of options to edit them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Ability to create, refine and reorder random thoughts and info snippets in a centralized location.

2.The ability to then publish and share these documents with selected user groups or individuals on an "as needed' basis is particularly useful

I love being able to organize all my projects and workspaces with sub-folders. Each document has robust features to pull in different types of content types. You can easily create new documents, collaborate on those docs with team members. You can share a space either publicly or privately. The best aspect of Archbee is the ability to add any time of information you need. They call it "blocks" and you can embed video, code, script, diagram...whatever and then also rearrange them on the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Archbee has lots of potential, but in a world where search is going towards video, Archbee's documentation is very much just text based. It would be enormously helpful to have video use cases, video overview of new improvements and so on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is really fast. If you get a hang of it you can create almost anything with keyboard shortcuts. You can create public doscpaces to share with your clients I often use it as a knowledgebase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The communication with the user-base is not the best. From the last 6 and more months I do not know what are the new features where I can check them, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy installation and using the app! I see regular updates and improvements - the vendor continues moving in the right direction.
