**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It is extremely powerful and versatile. You can use it as a note taking app, as a wiki resource center, as a project management app, or whatever you want. And it is super fast and effective.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Only thing I’m not impressed with is that I sometimes encounter small bugs with the editor. For example, the colour picker just doesn’t work as expected. But that’s really a minor issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Archbee:**

If you’re looking for something to create a wiki, SOPs, a diary or even an online course, you should take a look at Archbee. You can connect your own domains and share pages and workspaces with other people. It’s great!

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m using it to handle my meetings at work and to create my own SOPs. Much faster than Google docs.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Archbee is a super helpful way to organize things for my business and keep track of things.   It's convenient.  I like how easy it is to login.  Nowadays, a wiki is almost mandatory for any business, and I'm happy with my decision to get a wiki early on in the making of my company.

I got an Archbee account at the start of my business, and it's been a great way for me to document things for myself, and eventually others as well so that I can hopefully scale.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Initially, there was a bug where if you typed too fast, the letters would get jumbled up.  I think that issue has since been fixed though--I've not seen it for a while.

Also, I'm a heavy user of the /code box, and the default language it always starts out on JavaScript...but any time I'm writing code, it's almost *always*  writing either SQL or shell.  It would be nice to be able to pick one of those as my default programming language so I don't have to change that box every time....just something to help speed up my documentation process.

Other than that, I'm pretty much generally happy with it.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of the stuff I put into Archbee is for my own memory.  I spend time trying to find an answer on Google, and I eventually  stumble across the the answer, and Archbee serves as a good way for me to quickly recall ways to do things and to stay organized.

It is very easy to use, and it is perfect for team working. I can say it has all the functionality we need, including tools for diagrams.

At the moment, there is nothing I don't like about Archbee.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Working with Archbee is swift and intuitive. The interface is as minimalistic as possible in order to allow for the maximum amount of screen real estate, while still being easy to handle and accessible to the experienced user. What makes it stand out versus other solutions is its block level implementation of structured information bits, such as code snippets, API calls, external media (such as images, YouTube videos and lots more), and diagrams, or even external documents from Google Docs, AirTable or Figma). Then, there’s lightning fast search across the whole workspace to make it even more useful along with a simple set of keyboard shortcuts and menu selections.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

If there’s one thing that might be missing (as of this moment), it might be the lack of import or migration options from other tools or SaaS platforms out there. Some users say they would wish for such options to make the switch to Archbee easier. But we're pretty confident that the very active development team will add some migration tools rather sooner than later.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

extremely easy to manage tool to create knowledge base or wikis, in one word, simplicity at its best.
You can create nested page in a tipical wiki style that you can share with one or more clients or coworkers. 
The edit tool also work kinda flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

nothing so far, it definitely fit the purpose. As all the webapplication nowadays it can sometimes takes a while to changes on screen, but nothing that a page refresh would not fix.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to archbee i am able to share information with clients who are not really tech-friendly. 
The learning curve is so fast that basically you can start working on it without following tutorials.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It is a great space for accessing "knowledge" (as oppose to files) on one single web portal, without sending files around for version updates.

What attracted me was its diagram widgets that provides the content creator the tools to make nice technical diagrams right on archbee without using another tool.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The simplicity comes with a trade off.
I create a lot of technical powerpoint content and hence am very picky about styles and representation.
Since archbee is web portal based, it won't be as easy to edit as Word when you want to add some style or fine tune the document's look and feel. All documents on archbee look like a spec. This might have improved with its app version, which I haven't tried.

Since my primary interest is in creating diagrams that could easily be shared with technical members, the ability to use popular powerpoint icons is crucial. And I found this is still limiting.

Because the updated version is always at a central location with access control. Knowledge sharing becomes more accurate and immediate. It provides better clarity to larger remote teams.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

It has an easy-to-use block-based writing experience that gives you the "Medium.com" experience while writing  documentation. But don't get me wrong … it has many more blocks than the mentioned service. Furthermore, you can add your CNAME meaning domain to point to each document(s) and that makes it really neat and white-labeled for that matter (if you need that). It is also good to know that I can onboard more co-writers at any point if the need arises or a project has more than one stakeholder.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

To be honest, there is not much to dislike. The main concern is like with all "young" companies the longevity and viability of the product. As this tool fills a strong and growing need in the software markets I am confident that this business will grow. On the other hand I lost many of hours of work once with a blogging service that shut down overnight and since I need to see great export functions in SaaS-Tools that manage my intellectual property. There are export options as Markdown, PDF … I'd like to see direct integration with GitHub and publishing to repositories.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Archbee is in the inner circle of tools I considered for writing the documentation of my open-source extensions. Currently, I am still in the process of evaluation and watching this great tool develop as I am a very early adopter. I am still using Typora and GitHub Desktop at the moment but will reconsider the moment I can publish to GitHub. That said, I got a special case… most people would want a full-service solution and teams and that is already pretty good in ArchBee!

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Having a place to store permanent documents. Archbee has also been crucial for onboarding documents. It is also very user-friendly and does not require much time to learn how to use it.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Lack of automation and lack of features that save me time. Archbee does its job so it gets a B+ but features that differentiate it from other wiki providers would push it to the A category.

**What problems is Archbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Docs are dynamic and meant for working documents. With Archbee, I can store documents that are more permanent in nature and that are meant for onboarding. It looks more professional for those that we are onboarding too.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Prior to using Archbee, we had all our policy and procedure stored on a network drive. Nothing could ever be found and keep it all up-to-date was nearly impossible. We slowly moved everything onto Archbee and we made use of the custom URL. It’s so easy to onboard new staff. We give them the password and leave them to it. 
Editing the content is very easy and there are a lot of options to customise the text.
We are very happy with Archbee. This has resulted in only enhancing our knowledge base by making things clearer for our staff. Superb tool!

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I dont' really have any issues with the system. I will say it took a little while to get to know the interface but once you do you it doesn't take long to start to generate content.

I like the way i can organize things.

We used to use a lot google docs. Now i can create folders a docspace and have all the documents in one place/view.
Also i like that it is easy to share the docs and that you have a lot of options to edit them.

There are not things i dislike for the moment.

I use it to keep my ads and procedures.

I write ads and it is easy to me to have acces to them from multiple devices. I change  a lot between  pc and my mac.

I love being able to organize all my projects and workspaces with sub-folders. Each document has robust features to pull in different types of content types.

You can easily create new documents, collaborate on those docs with team members. You can share a space either publicly or privately. This can be used as a way to collaborate with clients and team members as well as create a public facing knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Sometimes when you're dragging items around to rearrange them or your trying to position items it's just a little buggy.

I feel like I've only scratched the surface of what it can do already I feel like it's helped to increase the productivity and organization of the projects that we work on.

The clean UI and look and feel. It's easy to use and navigate. The platform is fast to load and has many features to organize different type of information

The fact that it has also features for developers. This makes the team being archbee focus less on improving the platform with an agency owners / marketer in mind.

How it google docs load inside archbee.
I have to scroll left and right to view all the doc (it should fit to the archbee page)

Organize my agency info. I used to do that using google drive, docs, slides and sheets. Archbee makes the organization much simpler while still allowing me to link google docs, slides etc.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The best aspect of Archbee is the ability to add any time of information you need.  They call it "blocks" and you can embed video, code, script, diagram...whatever and then also rearrange them on the page.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

Archbee has lots of potential, but in a world where search is going towards video, Archbee's documentation is very much just text based.  It would be enormously helpful to have video use cases, video overview of new improvements and so on.

The best thing i like in archbee are 1. Templates you can create to standardise your knowledge articles 2. facility to add different types of blocks in a articles with facility tag articles 3. drag and drop facility to arrange knowledge articles in any folders 4. facility to showcase knowledge in a wesbsite.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The tool is really fast. If you get a hang of it you can create almost anything with keyboard shortcuts.
You can create public doscpaces to share with your clients I often use it as a knowledgebase.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

The communication with the user-base is not the best. From the last 6 and more months I do not know what are the new features where I can check them, etc.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

Very easy installation and using the app! 
I  see regular updates and improvements - the vendor continues moving in the right direction.
Very useful for teamwork, especially for provide different information about my company for special people (help setting different user roles)

None. I don't have any problem. The team of this app helpful and very fast

I really appreciate when software can actually be installed rather than relying on web access.  I find this alone helps with my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

For my use, I haven't personally come across anything that has been a big issue.  It would be helpful if imported documents included images, etc.

It does what it is supposed to.

I'm using Archbee as a knowledge base/management for some different courses.  It's nice having a wiki/FAQ for students.

Being able to use the Archbee to create dynamic and good looking pages that you can make public and share across the web in a matter of seconds is one of the best things about it.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

There are no real big issues with it. I am not using it to the fullest yet, but once I do, I might know better.

We use Archebee to announce our software changelog to our users, manage our internal documentation and processes, and also for job postings.

Archbee is intuitive and I like that I can toggle between read/edit mode. Furthermore, I like to concept of using archbee as a public wiki/Knowledge base for customers as well as a private knowledge base for my employees.

i dislike some small things, such as that images can't be with the text (they have a separate section)

Archbee allows for easy organisation of data and then public & internal sharing of specific sections of that data.

Some of the slash commands could be represented as icons also, while the slash commands are powerful it's not always immediately obvious to new users to use them (e.g. for inserting images)

I love the tables of content the most. I take alot of notes and Archbee automatically creates table of content based on the heading tags I applied. Apart from that they have PLENTY of integrations and fast development. The founder and team is willing to listen and implement

The internal UI can be improved. Not beautiful enough. Search function can be improved.

I have a problem with reporting a feedback on https://roadmap.archbee.io/ - although I am logged in, I cannot cast my vote as if I was blocked.
I reported it but it doesn't work all the time.

Out of the various solutions I have considered, Archbee seems to be the easiest to use. You can get the intended wiki, documentation page for the client relatively quickly.

It is a very good solution for creating documentation pages quickly.
You don't need any knowledge to create and share such documentation easily and quickly with the world.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

The app is fast and very easy to use. It has great UI and very beginner friendly, it's simple which helps you focus on what's important. These two are the things I like the most. It also has lots of integrations and they keep adding more. It's really great for making company SOPS, Wikis or changelogs.

I also like their new desktop app. I like keeping it in my taskbar instead of browser tabs so I can open it quickly whenever I need it.

I highly recommend this app.

It is very easy to use with lots of integrations. There are quite a few block types allowed to be created in each note

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I wish we could select the <> html view of the document so that changes could be made to the layout of the document with html code. Such as restarting the numbering of an ordered list after a brake in that list.

Sharing procedures with coworkers and making changes to those procedures is made a lot easier with archbee. Who made the changes is also tracked and recorded. Version control is nice.

Try it first, and I am sure you will like it. For completeness, you should try Notion and Confluence to check how its fares with these competitors.

It is easy to use, good limits and a great replacement for my evernote. I lover the features and the ability to share with public and embed on your website etc. The team is responsive and keen to grow the product.

There are still some little bugs that need to be ironed out esp if you are editing the same document - but I have spoken with the founder and he is working on fixing it.

**What do you like best about Archbee?**

We have multiple locations but our training for many positions are standardized.  It was difficult to maintain consistency from one office to the next as different staff and managers would either change positions or leave the company.  With Archbee the training documents are easily available to all locations and can be updated with names and contacts quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about Archbee?**

I continue to have difficulty uploading PDFs.  For some reason, we are able to upload doc files, but PDF don't always load or look as expected.  I'm sure this is a user error issue, but it would be nice to have training available to explain this.

Multiple locations can all be facilitated in one program.  This has lead to ease in training and better consistency.

Clean, simple to use and lightweight. It has an outstanding interface. The Grammarly integration is great. You can also create maps on your notes. And you can easily switch your notes to a Wiki or personal database.

They recently changed the url structure for the worse. I get why they did it, to avoid duplicates, but this isn't the right way to do it, imo. The urls are much uglier now, and look bad from a readability perspective.
