Aquaint Reviews & Product Details

Aquaint is hospitality's first workflow management app. It replaces paper checklists, WhatsApp groups and the pile of spreadsheets most venues run on, with one mobile app your team will actually open. Built for the floor, not the back office. Most compliance software is a web tool with a phone app bolted on. Aquaint was built mobile-first for people working a shift, so a chef logging a fridge temperature or a duty manager closing down takes seconds, not minutes. Managers get a web dashboard for the reporting side. What it covers: Digital checklists and task management, with tasks built to any frequency, assigned by role, and updating in real time across every device. Tracked edits, comments and photo attachments on every task. Food safety compliance: FSA-aligned temperature templates for fridge, freezer and hot holding, cooking and reheating logs, food delivery records and probe calibration. Allergen management covering all 14 major allergens, so front of house can check an ingredient mid-service instead of hunting for a folder. Incident and near-miss logging, plus refusal tracking, with a clear record behind every entry. Team communications built to replace WhatsApp groups. Announcements, notifications and task-level comments, without staff sharing personal phone numbers, which removes a GDPR problem most operators do not know they have. Document management with e-signature for contracts, policies and training records. Site scoring across single or multiple venues, compliance reports designed with EHO inspectors, weekly email summaries and a two-year activity log. Who uses it: over 100 UK hospitality brands, including restaurant groups, pub companies, cafes, bars, members' clubs, breweries, hotels and multi-site operators. Customers include The Modern Milkman, The Ministry, The Andersen Group and Honest Crust. Aquaint has had zero customer churn since launch. Why operators switch: paper gets lost, and it cannot tell you what went wrong at your worst site last Tuesday. WhatsApp is not a compliance record and it is not GDPR-safe. Aquaint gives multi-site operators one view of every venue, so head office can see which checks were completed, where standards are slipping and what to fix before an inspector finds it. The Andersen Group reached a 5-star EHO rating using Aquaint. Pricing is public: from 60 GBP per site per month on an annual plan (72 GBP month to month), with unlimited users, tasks and storage on every plan. No setup fees and no long-term contracts. Enterprise pricing is available for larger estates. Aquaint Ltd was founded in 2021 and is based in London, UK.
