Tracked edits, comments and photo attachments on every task. Food safety compliance: FSA-aligned temperature templates for fridge, freezer and hot holding, cooking and reheating logs, food delivery records and probe calibration. Allergen management covering all 14 major allergens, so front of house can check an ingredient mid-service instead of hunting for a folder. Incident and near-miss logging, plus refusal tracking, with a clear record behind every entry. Team communications built to replace WhatsApp groups. Announcements, notifications and task-level comments, without staff sharing personal phone numbers, which removes a GDPR problem most operators do not know they have. Document management with e-signature for contracts, policies and training records. Site scoring across single or multiple venues, compliance reports designed with EHO inspectors, weekly email summaries and a two-year activity log. Who uses it: over 100 UK hospitality brands, including restaurant groups, pub companies, cafes, bars, members' clubs, breweries, hotels and multi-site operators. Customers include The Modern Milkman, The Ministry, The Andersen Group and Honest Crust. Aquaint has had zero customer churn since launch. Why operators switch: paper gets lost, and it cannot tell you what went wrong at your worst site last Tuesday. WhatsApp is not a compliance record and it is not GDPR-safe.
