"Flexible Cloud based accounting software without the big price tag"

What do you like best about Aqilla?

Aqilla is an adapatable cloud based software which provides the adaptability of some of the large and expensive ERP platforms at a price which is not far above some of the well know small business 'off the shelf' products.

It's interface is intuitive and it is well suited to not for profit and other accounting systems reqiring fund accounting.

The team behind the product are small and responsive with an excellent customer support team.

The product requires consultant support for implementation, but we found the process smooth and not too long or expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aqilla?

There are some areas where further development would smooth out bumps in the system (for example the mobile expenses module is quite limited at the moment). While the team are approachable and do respond to development requests there are a few bits of fine tuning which have come up in our first year which I would have liked to see some clarity about when they would be addressed. What problems is Aqilla solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aqilla is a major step forward from Sage, our previous system. It's cloud based approach has allowed us to easilly expand the team using the product and also to automate our expenses claim process.
