**What do you like best about Aptivio?**

The singals intelligence is fantastic. I have already been able to insert our firm to a sales procss that we were not part of as a reult of using Aptivio. Winning this one deal will immediately provide an ROI from the solution.
I love the fact that I can get the contact details of people that I need to speak to.
I love the networking fuction to see how I can use my network to be introduced - a warm intro is always better than a cold call.
Also the entire team at Aptivio are great. Really great attitude, hardworking and will to help.

**What do you dislike about Aptivio?**

The UI needs some slight imporvments but the team is working with us to make those changes. Sometimes the UI is a little sluggish, but again improvements are hapoing all the time. I am not concerd about either and I know that they will be resolved.

**What problems is Aptivio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest buinsess problem that is being solved is that we are not always aware of target customers who are looking for our solution. We are careful with spend, including marketing, so we may not reach all Buyers and Researchers. However, using Aptivio, we have the ability to examine signals, and therefore, we are not blind to potential opportunites in the market. We do not wnat to miss opportunities.

Identifying the drawbacks associated with this inspiring, fast-paced community within this rapidly changing industry is difficult, as I view all our work as motivating. Each day brings new and unique experiences, and our outstanding team efforts work well together to tackle any challenges we face.

The Aptivio tool is incredibly powerful.  Finally I feel like I am not wasting my time when I do Lead Generation on LinkedIn.  The team is skilled and helpful.  Even though I am a small company, I feel like I get excellent service.

It takes a little while to understand all the tool's options and capabilities.  That said, all questions are promptly answered.

**What do you like best about Aptivio?**

AptivIO is an intent monitoring platform that my company has been using for over a year. I would rate its data collection and classification as top-notch - you can add relevant keywords, competitors, partners to track, and the setup is relatively easy. What stands out for the tool is the excellent customer success program & campaigns managed by Lou, Isabel and Nicolas closely supported by the CTO and the Founder. AptivIO partners to ensure it's not a one-time setup but does a great job at daily and weekly optimization programs.

**What do you dislike about Aptivio?**

The UI & microcopy could improve to provide relevant CTAs for marketing and sales users.

Excellent customer support/service - responsive, timely and transparent; tool does exactly what it says on the tin - identifies new leads at different stages of "sales readiness" across multiple regions; very flexible allowing a test & learn sales & marketing approach - can launch new campaigns / test hypotheses in a matter of days

**What do you dislike about Aptivio?**

UI could be better; does have a few bugs at times; performance slow when running additional buyer queries; limited leads in certain markets like Thailand and Japan; email/contact resolution could be improved

**What problems is Aptivio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline has increased by ~10% in just a matter of weeks and this will only increase as we use the tool more and more

Automatic sales intelligence is an absolute winner. The tools on outreaches are also top notch.  We are killing it!

Needs to be broader in search capabilites. Nicolas is working closely to help there, he's been great!

Aptivio generates sales-ready opportunities based on 150 buyer intent signals. It is more actionable for Salespeople than traditional buyer intent tools.

**What do you dislike about Aptivio?**

The data is great, but the UX could be better. Altough we typically push the information directly into our CRM stack.

**What problems is Aptivio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to generate more sales qualified leads and close more deals.
