**What do you like best about Aptilo SMP IoT?**

The Aptilo SMP platform is helping us with machine-to-machine (M2M) communications and connected device services. It includes device management, policy control, billing, and analytics features and can be customized and integrated with other systems and technologies as needed. The platform is flexible and scalable, allowing us to meet the needs of the business as our IoT services grow.

**What do you dislike about Aptilo SMP IoT?**

The platform has a learning curve for businesses new to IoT, and implementing and managing it may require specialized technical expertise. Aptilo SMP IoT involves upfront costs, including licensing fees and implementation costs.

**What problems is Aptilo SMP IoT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monetizing IoT services can be complex, as tracking usage or charging for services fairly to the business and its customers may be demanding. The Aptilo SMP platform includes features to help us monetize our IoT services, such as billing and analytics, which help us recover the costs of the IoT services and generate revenue. The Aptilo SMP platform helps us reduce the risk of security breaches by ensuring the security of IoT services which can otherwise be a challenge, as connected devices may be vulnerable to hacking or other cyber threats.
