**What do you like best about Eseye?**

What I appreciate about Eseye is the multinetwork connectivity for IoT SIM card we install in our telecare devices use by elderly people. In our company we deploy telecare equipment such as SOS buttons and GPS trackers that rely on good coverage connectivity, so uptime is a must. Using Eseye SIM cards has allowed us to keep devices connected in multiple regions across the UK and some countries in Europe without needing to manage different local SIM providers.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

The platform is OK but the new version is super slow at frozen sometimes, and the support some time is slow when we have SIM card activations problems, especially when setting up new devices or troubleshooting connectivity issues.

**What problems is Eseye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us manage connectivity for telecare devices that operate remotely and need reliable cellular data at all times. Instead of dealing with different carriers in every country, we can deploy devices using a single multioperator and miltinetwork SIM solution and manage all of them in the sam eplatfor. This reduces complexity and ensures our clients’ devices remain connected for SOS emergency communication and monitoring 24/7/365.

**What do you like best about Eseye?**

I really like how Eseye makes managing IoT connectivity so easy. The global coverage is fantastic, and the connectivity is very reliable, sometimes a bit poor in some UK regions but it is ok we can deal with that. The platform is user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility for managing our devices and SIm cards. Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have any issues or questions.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

One thing I dont like is the support response times and pay to have quick answers I dont like that because others suppliers to it better without any extra cost. Also, the platform sometimes gets frozen and stop working. Something that could be improved is the session time, normally I keep the platform opened in my browser every day but I use the platform every day couple of hour so it is enough time for session expire, it is a pain to login again and search the device were I was the last time

**What problems is Eseye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eseye helps me to manage our IoT connectivity across different regions in Europe without having to worry about network issues. This has greatly improved our operational efficiency and helped us to reach more potential customers in many countries. Also I can monitor and manage all our devices from a single platform, which saves us a lot of time and can I determinate if any customer is spending more resources than it is suposed to used, that is amazing.

**What do you like best about Eseye?**

The firm has always sought to meet all the deadlines we set; when we had technical problems, they were quickly resolved. The financial support team and the commercial director herself were always available and understood some delays we had in response due to internal changes.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

I believe the only point to be improved is the data extraction from the consultation platform and an option that allows the visualization of this information later.

The high availability of connectivity service allows us to collect data more efficiently, preventing a possible loss of sensitive data to our company.

**What do you like best about Eseye?**

Well, the multi imsi tech is greatand works well in almoste everything gadget we've tried to use, we attend payments, IoT, Tracking devices and several other applications with less support action than an actual Carrier from Brasil.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

The way how it's charged in Brazil, we are different from other countries, you need to undertand how to "tropicalize" your product, this will make Eseye keep growing.
The API, who in 2024 is still charging to use API? Please, review this, the Triggilo is useless and the new Eseye is charging to use.
APN, we need to talk about this, in out case we use a single APN name for every MNO , MVNO we are partnes, unlikely Eseye, you need to change the way things are done in your Network Core.

**What problems is Eseye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like i've talked earlier, the multi imsi tech is awesome, but in Brazil you should to think how to "tropicalize" the product! Make more easy for Broker like use to assembly.

Eseye is not just talking about connectivity as an expert but it can be verified during the very first discussions with any sales representatives. Sales are very skilled and trained about IOT. 

We feel in confidence

The website is very instructive

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

The infinity portal need a refresh :
- the UI is old
- the ticket management system is not good at all : no pictures, no attachement, by default we see only tickets opened during the 24h last hours

We experienced a lot of issues with :
- APN outage last week
- New SIMs not correctly registred on the right IMSI at the very beggining
 

I am still not able to calculate the fee to disable a SIM card !

The API is limiting at 500 connectivities & the API is not giving the connected IP but only the theoretical IPs

**What do you like best about Eseye?**

For our Telematics and IoT business, their Global connectivity solutions fulfill all our needs and more. Extensive techincal and after sales support make for seamless rollouts and customer management. The online portal is easy to use and gives us advanced management capabilities to carry out our own first line support and provide our customers with comprehensive services across our prodcut lines.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

Troubeshooting techincal issues can be dificult due to the reliance on third party MNOs although the team is responsive and knowledgable, fixing issues not stemming from ESEYE directly can be challenging.

**What problems is Eseye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ESEYE have helped us scale our business across multiple territories by being able to deploy solutions from our Head Office to customers anywhere in the world. This provides huge benefits as we do not need to seek out local providers and can do zero touch deployments and remote support for customers in any region.

**What do you like best about Eseye?**

The network flexibility is highly beneficial, allowing automatic switching between different mobile networks without needing multiple SIM cards, which ensures consistent and reliable connectivity. We frequently use Eseye SIM in all our gateway in Essity products. Overall, Eseye stands out for its global reach, flexibility, security, Easy to use, and excellent support, making it a reliable partner for IoT connectivity needs.

One downside of Eseye is the potential for higher costs compared to some competitors, especially for smaller businesses or those with limited IoT budgets. We do use the Eseye sim in our gateways, and till today we received the great feedback about the connectivity. And even whenever we face any issue we were provided with the quick support.

Eseye has a great team with highly knowlegdeable experts. This shows in their product offering, enabling hassle-free global connectivity that can be relied on. 

In all interactions, the general feeling was that Eseye wants to find the optimal solution for the customer, not being afraid to question the assumptions taken to make sure you get what you need, and not only what you want.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

Eseye's customer web portals and APIs need refactoring - those are in progress, but as of the time of writing, acessing the full functionality needs interaction with different portals and APIs, making the process cumbersome.

SIM location can be tracked, which is helpful.  Hope those active SIM can be visualized on map.

The IP address shown on the SIM list sometimes doesn't work.  Additional click is required on "network" button in order to get the secodary IP or third to access.

Being flexible on contract termination may be more easier for us to use.

There is aboundant inforamtion could be found in Eseye portal, such as connection records and usage volume, which is really helpful on operation and maintenance.  And it's also providing flexibility on enabling/disabling SIMs which could meet the requirement of enabling/disabling IoT devices at different sites.

nothing much really except for price probably.  It's not so hard to find a cheaper solution from other ISPs in APAC region.

We have been using Eseye for several years now without any issues. Device deployment and SIM management using the Infinity platform is very easy and efficient to do.  Whenever there were any problems, the tech support team have been quick and professional to resolve them.

SIM solutions are a little on the expensive side but not overly so.
While Infinity works really well, some UI/UX improvements would be welcome.

hardly any issssues since the roll out of v6 sims as previous sims arnt very good in remote areas

Even though we have the best new account manager, it was difficult to let go of the account manager we had worked with for sometime. They are all great.

No Roaming on Nb-IoT was availalable. Difficult to size the best offer for global IoT projects.

Unfortunately NB-IoT does have limited support for roaming - the ecosystem is quite fragmented. The NB-IoT specification must be supported in each country a device is intended to connect in, meaning an IoT device could become inoperable if an operator doesn’t have a local presence. **What do you like best about Eseye?**

The solution provided by Eseye is the most extensive, able to satisfy the problems related to the management of different networks, with different frequencies, in different countries all over the world.
The chance to manage data traffic all over the world with a single device, through an operator that connects directly to the best available network, is for Micro Systems a winner to provide a service to our customer.

**What do you dislike about Eseye?**

the only issue we had was some problem with eseye servers and data traffic loss for a few days.

**What problems is Eseye solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Micro Systems has integrated Eseye's SIAM (SIM Information and Account Management) portal within the custom web portals created for its customers, providing SIM Card monitoring in a single virtual space.
It is possible for the customer to view the main data of the SIM cards such as: activation/suspension date, phone number, monthly traffic, location, etc..
