What do you like best about Eseye?

I really like how Eseye makes managing IoT connectivity so easy. The global coverage is fantastic, and the connectivity is very reliable, sometimes a bit poor in some UK regions but it is ok we can deal with that. The platform is user-friendly and offers a lot of flexibility for managing our devices and SIm cards. Their customer support is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have any issues or questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eseye?

One thing I dont like is the support response times and pay to have quick answers I dont like that because others suppliers to it better without any extra cost. Also, the platform sometimes gets frozen and stop working. Something that could be improved is the session time, normally I keep the platform opened in my browser every day but I use the platform every day couple of hour so it is enough time for session expire, it is a pain to login again and search the device were I was the last time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eseye?

The firm has always sought to meet all the deadlines we set; when we had technical problems, they were quickly resolved. What do you like best about Eseye?

Well, the multi imsi tech is greatand works well in almoste everything gadget we've tried to use, we attend payments, IoT, Tracking devices and several other applications with less support action than an actual Carrier from Brasil. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eseye?

The way how it's charged in Brazil, we are different from other countries, you need to undertand how to "tropicalize" your product, this will make Eseye keep growing.

The API, who in 2024 is still charging to use API? Please, review this, the Triggilo is useless and the new Eseye is charging to use.

APN, we need to talk about this, in out case we use a single APN name for every MNO , MVNO we are partnes, unlikely Eseye, you need to change the way things are done in your Network Core. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eseye is not just talking about connectivity as an expert but it can be verified during the very first discussions with any sales representatives. Sales are very skilled and trained about IOT.

What do you dislike about Eseye?

The infinity portal need a refresh :

- the UI is old

- the ticket management system is not good at all : no pictures, no attachement, by default we see only tickets opened during the 24h last hours

We experienced a lot of issues with :

- APN outage last week

- New SIMs not correctly registred on the right IMSI at the very beggining

I am still not able to calculate the fee to disable a SIM card !

The API is limiting at 500 connectivities & the API is not giving the connected IP but only the theoretical IPs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eseye?

For our Telematics and IoT business, their Global connectivity solutions fulfill all our needs and more. Extensive techincal and after sales support make for seamless rollouts and customer management. The online portal is easy to use and gives us advanced management capabilities to carry out our own first line support and provide our customers with comprehensive services across our prodcut lines. There is aboundant inforamtion could be found in Eseye portal, such as connection records and usage volume, which is really helpful on operation and maintenance.
