**What do you like best about APTANIA CRM?**

Aptania CRM has significantly improved the coordination between our marketing and sales teams. I especially appreciated the way the lead tracking and email automation features complemented each other, allowing us to clearly identify the sources of our prospects and monitor their interactions with our campaigns. The dashboard is straightforward, and integrating it with our existing website forms was easier than expected.

**What do you dislike about APTANIA CRM?**

Initially, I found the setup somewhat overwhelming due to the sheer number of features offered. Additionally, some reports took longer to load when we were working with large data sets. However, after becoming familiar with the layout, navigating the system became much easier.

**What problems is APTANIA CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Aptania, our leads were disorganized, spread out across various spreadsheets and email lists. With Aptania, we’re now able to capture, score, and automatically route leads to our sales team. This has allowed us to respond much more quickly and has significantly cut down on the amount of manual work required.
