Like I said earlier, in my opinion, your Account Representative is a big part of the overall feel, along with the ease of use products and quick support. The support team has always been extremely helpful, taking calls at all hours of the day and night when needed, even straight to their cell phone. Doug Gurth is our Account Rep., and has been nothing but spectacular. Our company has upgraded our equipment and processes with the help of Repay, and even presented another product for payment processing to SAVE US MONEY!
