Easy to understand, and gives all the information I need whenever I need it

I would like the customer service to give updates regarding issues faster. Also, it would be nice to be able to make changes to payments because last time I check if a payment was scheduled it couldn't be cancelled

We decided to switch to REPAY because our previous payment processor often caused significant delays, sometimes holding funds for several weeks before releasing them. This created challenges in our ability to manage cash flow and maintain timely operations

Do not be afraid to ask questions; make a list of questions not to miss anything. Explain issues you have had with any past providers.

**What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fully integrated, secure credit card processing with our ERP.   Eliminates processing errors and reduces time processing payments.  Ease of use  for processing credit cards as well as running reports on demand.   Click to pay feature for customers to pay invoices directly instead of supplying credit card information if they would like.

**What do you like best about REPAY?**

Every part of the user experience is excellent.  Very responsive sales agents, quick customer service team, and a general environment of collaboration to add value to your organization.  Pricing is competitive, but you will not beat their service.  Their pricing beats 90% of the competition out there, but the 10% difference you're getting back tenfold in service.  I cannot rave about the customer experience enough.  If you need something, REPAY is there.  If there's a problem, you've got a point of contact that will get on it immediately.  They give insights on the industry and have been a strategic partner in navigating the regulatory environment and help maximize revenue.

**What do you dislike about REPAY?**

It's hard to say something I dislike about REPAY.  Honestly, it's a great company.  I guess if I'm forced to nitpick, REPAY has competitors who are much larger and therefor able to offer pricing that goes a tiny bit lower.  I will say, I've worked with a number of Repay's competitors both larger and smaller, and if I were the absolute decision maker I would go with REPAY 100% of the time.  Their pricing is better than most, and those who I've seen beat them are not responsive to issues, don't work as a team to help organizational improvement overall, and offer a much less user-friendly experience.

**What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REPAY is solving card and ACH processing services by offering competitive pricing and industry-leading service.  They have helped us save countless sums of money annually while adding the value of tools that allow you to function independently and not have to rely heavily on vendor contact to access valuable data.  Though it should be said if you prefer the personal touch, REPAY has the finest sales and customer service staffs I've personally encountered.

**What do you like best about REPAY?**

I'm sure everyone has a different experience based on their Account Representative, but I will say our experience has been fantastic. Doug G. is phenomenal. It doesn't matter what I'm trying to get done, and if it's his department or not, he gets it done. Goes above and beyond, and has helped our company provide another level of efficiency by providing all of the tools necessary to do so. Credit card terminals, online portals, custom ACH links for customers, etc.

**What do you dislike about REPAY?**

Really do not have anything negative to say regarding Repay...

**Recommendations to others considering REPAY:**

Like I said earlier, in my opinion, your Account Representative is a big part of the overall feel, along with the ease of use products and quick support. The support team has always been extremely helpful, taking calls at all hours of the day and night when needed, even straight to their cell phone. Doug Gurth is our Account Rep., and has been nothing but spectacular. Our company has upgraded our equipment and processes with the help of Repay, and even presented another product for payment processing to SAVE US MONEY! There aren't too many companies out there that offer to save you money while already doing business with them. Thanks Repay!

Custom pay links for our customers that are not local help to allow us in processing their transactions very quickly.

**What do you like best about REPAY?**

Ease of use - interface is easy to use and intuitive.  Support has always been responsive and helpful.  Very transparent on costs and VCC rebates.

**What do you dislike about REPAY?**

If I had a complaint, it would be the 90-day limit on searching historical data.  The data is in there for several years, but you can only query in 90 day chunks.

**What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We save staff time and resources by not having to print and mail checks.  Staff time is used for more value-added work and we spend little for check stock, stamps, envelopes, toner,etc.

**What do you like best about REPAY?**

Generally, it works pretty well. I like the app that REPAY has that can run cards via your phone. It works very well for our delivery drivers who sometimes need to collect payment upon delivery of product.

**What do you dislike about REPAY?**

Sometimes there are bugs. For example, we had some issues where their click-to-pay system was double hitting our accounts and giving customers extra credits on their accounts for no reason.

**Recommendations to others considering REPAY:**

They have decent credit card rates but make sure to get some other quotes.

**What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we solved was getting something that will integrate with Sage 100. Sage 100 isn't as popular as Quickbooks and sometimes can be a pain to work through.

PCI Compliance - switched from ControlScan to TrustWave and keep getting notifications from ControlScan that we are not in compliance.   Reps have been working on this over and over.

The installation was quick and easy, allowing us to be down for a minimal amount of time during the transition from our old payment processor to APS. Our employees learned the new system quickly and we had plenty of support!

No downsides from our end! We really enjoy this product.

We have much easier of a time passing PCI compliance tests and we have increased security.

Billingtree is a great partner for our industry and has great products.   I have worked with other processors and Billingtree is by far the best.

Working on a payment portal.  Billingtree is very good at staying in contact with clients and letting them know where things are at.  Way better than anyone we have ever used before.

creating custom reports to get all the information needed on one report. Like the viewing and then downloading daily reports and then at month end as well, simply easy to export to excel.

When we need to issue a credit to customer, seems more complicated or just happens rarely and has us questioning how to do it... each time

Billing tree reporting downloading easy, so we are able to recognize the revenue sooner.

**What do you like best about REPAY?**

I love that I don't have to do double entry into my ERP system. The process for taking cards is so easy and there are so many ways to do it! I can take the payment directly to my ERP, from a wireless handheld or a bluetooth device so my customers cards never leave their sight. The cost savings are amazing to! Oh and the TEAM!!! Why do I have to pick just one?

**What do you dislike about REPAY?**

I wish there was a way to take a pre-payment on an account. We will often times have people come in and make a deposit before the order is completed in our system. Being able to take a payment as a deposit on account would be amazing! Also being able to send a text receipt would be great too!

**Recommendations to others considering REPAY:**

If nothing else, at least give them a chance. They WILL save you money, but sometimes that is not enough. Their customer service is amazing, and the extra features and benefits, like payment portals and Click To Pay are worth an hour of your time.

**What problems is REPAY solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue prior to APS was with reconciliation. It was very difficult to track credit cards as they were being taken and then have to re-enter them not only to our deposits entry, but to the customer account as well. Between being able to take credit cards directly in our ERP, and the reports available, our bank reconciliation has gone from several hours to around 30 minutes.

APS makes setting up your account quick and painless.  The services they offer are simple to use and are flexible to fit our companies needs. Nothing, the setup was easy and the service is great.

As an owner of an EXTREMELY small business, I wear a LOT of hats.  APS not only saves me money on processing, they make it easy.  And, easy is good.

For me, the biggest benefit is the cost savings.  I switched from another vendor and have realized a substantial savings.  And, from a cash flow perspective, this is key.

BillingTree have amazing customer service and when you contact them about an issue they're on it right away.

As of lately, When I send an email to support@mybillingtree.com, I do not get a response in a timely manner - unless I call.

I have noticed Pending transactions from time to time. I am able to call and get it resolved.

So far there isn't anything we dislike about Billing Tree. the site is secure and does not store information.

Billing Tree is a great option offering services to their customers that are easy to use.  Billing Tree has great customer service and responds quickly whenever we have had questions.

easy solution for members who don't want to write a check or come to the credit union, they just give us a call and we can take and process the payment over the telephone.

Some times it does take going through a few people to getting the right person to take care of the issue.

There are no problems right now, just the naming of the web pays changes and we are not notified when they do.

Billing Tree is very responsive and easy to use.

I think it is little cluttered with info that doesn't all need to be there.

I like that it is easy for the patients to navigate and not overly complicated.

I dislike that all of a guarantors accounts are not linked under one medical record number.

A huge benefit is being able to set up recurring automatic payments.

The Billing Tree product seems to work well for our company.

**What do you dislike about REPAY?**

They once updated their USAPay database without informing us and mistakenly wiped out hundreds or thousands of tokens. This was a large problem, but Billing Tree worked with us to resolve it.

Billing Tree helps us ensure that we are posting transactions accurately.
