"easy of use and incredible depth of analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

Apromore has added several great improvements recently. The new dashboards are far more interactive and tightly connected to the Discoverer, making analysis smoother and faster. I really like the ability to add metadata to BPMN models — it turns each diagram into a real process sheet. The simulator is more powerful, and the new Copilot for Performance Insights makes it easy to get meaningful answers in plain language. The native task‑mining integration is also a big step forward. Overall, Apromore keeps getting smarter while staying completely no‑code and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

I think Apromore could still improve a few things. For example, when you change filters it sometimes loses your graphic adjustments, which can slow down the analysis flow. I’d also love to see a more powerful native ETL, or even the option to run R or Python scripts directly inside the platform for advanced data manipulation. That would make complex transformations much easier and keep the whole workflow fully integrated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Process Mining Tool: Intuitive, Powerful, and Flexible"
4/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

Apromore stands out for its user-friendly interface and a very accessible learning curve, even for users without a strong technical background. The discovery, conformance checking, and enhancement features are well integrated and allow you to quickly gain meaningful insights to improve business processes. I especially appreciated the ease of importing logs in CSV format, and how quickly the software builds understandable and visually clear models.

The advanced filtering capabilities, along with support for time-based analysis and process variant comparison, make it a highly effective tool both for exploratory analysis and structured optimization projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

Some advanced features (such as direct integration with ERP systems or data preparation tools) require more technical skills or the enterprise version, but that’s understandable given the open-source nature of the core platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well rounded process mining and simulation tool with GenAI assistant that works"
5/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

I like Apromore's ability to integrate process mining with simulation and even BPMN diagram drawing. KPI functionality is useful for presenting the results to executives. The tool is intuitive (especially filters). Ability to switch perspectives and display time/occurances/cost on activity nodes is amazing. The way Apromore displays activity nodes is best across all mining tools. Hidden feature that not many people use is exploring a slice of process directly from the dashboard charts. We were up and running with Apromore in 2 weeks. Maybe my experience with support differs from others - I typically solve most questions myself and only report suggestions for improvement or bugs. The company followed through on all of my customer support requests and provided deep and detailed answers. We use Apromore daily. Try the new Copilot - it can answer questions such as "what are the process bottlenecks?" very accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

No real dislikes. The tool is forward thinking with a top quality product team. Maybe the predictor experience could be improved a bit, but that's a minor-minor comment. I wish the platform was multi-cloud and available not only on AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowering Autonomy in Process Analysis Yet Hindered by Limited Responsiveness and Complex Filtering"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

What I appreciate most about the application is the freedom to work on all aspects of the process analysis completely independently, without having to rely on the company that manages the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

The limitations of the product lie in the responsiveness of the analyses and the overly cumbersome steps required to apply filters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Apromore's platform is a total game-changer, super easy to use with powerful insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

I really love how Apromore’s no-code platform makes process mining easy for everyone, not just tech experts. The AI-powered Copilot stands out, quickly identifying bottlenecks and providing clear insights. The no-code platform is a breeze to set up, letting teams dive into process mining without heavy IT involvement, and you can see results in weeks. Their customer support is fantastic—responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful, making onboarding and troubleshooting smooth. The intuitive interface and fast ROI, with results in weeks, make it a practical tool for improving operations without much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

While Apromore is impressive, it’s not perfect. The platform could use more built-in automation features to act on insights directly, as it lags behind some competitors in this area. Also, its integration options, while solid for systems like Salesforce, feel limited compared to other enterprise tools, often needing custom work for less common platforms. Lastly, some advanced analytics can be tricky for non-technical users, requiring a bit of a learning curve despite the no-code promise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and user-friendly tool that provides insights into inefficiencies and improvements"
5/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

1. Intuitive and User-Friendly Interface

Apromore is easy to navigate even for users with limited process mining experience, making it accessible for business users and analysts alike.

2. Powerful Process Discovery

It automatically discovers actual process flows from event logs, revealing deviations, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in real operations.

3. Conformance Checking

You can compare actual process behavior against expected models to detect non-compliance and control issues.

4. Performance Analysis

It offers visual performance dashboards (e.g., throughput times, waiting times) that help quantify inefficiencies and support data-driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

1. Limited Advanced Automation Capabilities

Unlike tools like Celonis, Apromore has fewer built-in features for automating actions (e.g., triggering workflows or alerts directly from insights).

2. Steeper Learning Curve for Complex Analysis

While basic features are user-friendly, advanced functions like custom filters, scripting, or plug-in development may require technical knowledge.

3. Less Extensive Out-of-the-Box Integrations

Apromore supports major systems (like SAP and CSV imports), but has fewer native, plug-and-play connectors compared to enterprise-grade platforms like Celonis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Game-Changer for Process Mapping and Mining"
5/5
What do you like best about Apromore?

The interface is really user-friendly, making it easy to create and visualize process maps. I love the drag-and-drop features and the strong analytics, which help me spot inefficiencies quickly. The variety of features allows me to dig deep into process data, helping me find insights that drive better decisions. Plus, it integrates well with other systems, so I can use it without a lot of hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apromore?

One downside I’ve noticed is that some features feel a bit hidden. It can be tough to find what I need right away, which slows me down sometimes. A clearer layout or more guided navigation would definitely help new users get the most out of the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
