Ability to switch perspectives and display time/occurances/cost on activity nodes is amazing. The way Apromore displays activity nodes is best across all mining tools. Hidden feature that not many people use is exploring a slice of process directly from the dashboard charts. We were up and running with Apromore in 2 weeks. Maybe my experience with support diffrers from others - I typically solve most questions myself and only report suggestions for improvement or bugs. The company followed through on all of my customer support requests and provided deep and detailed answers. We use Apromore daily. Try the new Copilot - it can answer questions such as "what are the process bottlenecks?" very accurately. **What do you dislike about Apromore?** No real dislikes. The tool is forward thinking with a top quality product team. Maybe the predictor experience could be improved a bit, but that's a minor-minor comment. Building dashboards is also straightforward. With some preparation work, one can deploy dashboards into usage within minutes instead of hours/ weeks. Such as the filter rules are very customizable, process overview gives valuable information, comparing two event logs to find differences. **What do you dislike about Apromore?** I wish it was easier to apply filters to all event logs on the performance dashboard when you want to compare different event logs. Workarounds are available such as filtering each log, saving, and then comparing, however that takes you away from the performance dashboard screen. **What problems is Apromore solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was analyzing customer journey's to detect the differences between users.
