**What do you like best about Appsters?**

Working with Appsters felt like having an extra team within our company. They asked thoughtful questions about our users and how we make money, and then built a clean React Native app. Our calls were regular, the plans were clear, and they were upfront when something could cause problems instead of just saying “yes” to everything.

**What do you dislike about Appsters?**

At the beginning, some of the time estimates were a bit too optimistic. As a result, we had to adjust the scope a couple of times. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did mean we needed to be stricter about handling change requests. A few junior developers also joined and left during the project, and there was a small delay while new people got up to speed.

**Recommendations to others considering Appsters:**

If you’re a startup or a mid-sized product company looking for a serious React Native partner, Appsters is a solid choice. I’d recommend locking down the scope and clear acceptance criteria in the first sprint so expectations are aligned from the start. It also helps to approach them as a long-term team rather than a one-off vendor.

**What problems is Appsters solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired Appsters to rebuild our Android and iOS apps into a single React Native app, including in-app purchases and live chat. They delivered both apps to the stores, reduced our maintenance costs by about 40%, and improved overall stability. Crash-free sessions increased from around 92% to 99.2%. The chat feature also works reliably now, even during busy periods.
