I’ve spent over $3K on Appfigures, and they tried to charge me $4K (the cost of renewing the yearly package) a month before my subscription ended, just for $15 in extra usage. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero regard for customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some charts are not accurate, for example the Overview section does not accurately report the number of app downloads in the given timeframe. Also Appfigures does not accurately pull in rating information for our Amazon Appstore listing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
