Appbot has useful data visualization options/templates, wonderful integrations (Zendesk, for example), and is able to digest and synthesize a huge number of reviews into meaningful insights. The team at Appbot is really friendly and easy to work with. Usually we were dealing directly with the CEO. As with most tools that feature automated sentiment analysis, we have found the quality of the analysis to be rather hit or miss. We tend to disregard most automated sentiment analysis and use our own sampling with human-based conclusions. If relying solely on automated analysis, we lack confidence in recommending business decisions based upon the data.
