Using Google Calendar for setting appointments and checking schedules is great because it consolidates all my scheduling tasks. I also find it totally easy to register and integrate myself into the team on Aplano. **What do you dislike about Aplano?** I did have an issue one time with the summer hour change and going back. It was not counted, so it causes confusion from year to year. Also some features are available only in the web browser. So if someone is on the phone, it may not be available for them, like exporting time as PDF. **What problems is Aplano solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Aplano to manage my work schedule, communicate with colleagues, and submit holidays. It synchronizes with Google Calendar, keeping everything in one place, which helps a lot. ### 5. It's easy to handle, and the initial setup was very easy for our team of about 20 people. **What do you dislike about Aplano?** Sometimes I would like to have my name on top and then the people who are most important to me. **What problems is Aplano solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Aplano to plan holidays and track free hours for our 18-person group. The communication with our employees regarding shifts and working hours runs a lot smoother, and the app is also very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Aplano?** We would like an intern chat with the application since we are doing that with telegram right now, but that is not a big issue. **Recommendations to others considering Aplano:** Creating open shifts is very useful once someone does not show up for work.
