**What do you like best about Apex Cloud Telephony?**

The platform is fully customisable, and the team are always responsive to bespoke requests - including delivering on tight timescales. The flexibility of platforms means we can deploy new services quickly, with a new service live within 30 minutes for urgent requests

**What do you dislike about Apex Cloud Telephony?**

There is very little I dislike about Apex, some monthly activity reports can take a little time to run would be the only thing

**What problems is Apex Cloud Telephony solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apex allows us to rapidly reploy new services to our clients and fully customise the flows without requiring large professional services fees
