**What do you like best about Apeaksoft Screen Recorder?**

I like that it helps make troubleshooting much easier and mitigates any communication errors between myself and the client. This is especially helpful when running into issues setting up the campaign.

**What do you dislike about Apeaksoft Screen Recorder?**

Sometimes the files are so big it is hard to share them I usually will have to use another software to successfully send it to a client and or internal teams using it.

**What problems is Apeaksoft Screen Recorder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping miscommunication errors and paints a whole picture when people are trying to explain where they are getting stuck, as it's often hard to communicate these issues via email

**What do you like best about Apeaksoft Screen Recorder?**

It Is generally useful to screen record if you don't have an existing program on your computer that already does so. Navigation was relatively easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Apeaksoft Screen Recorder?**

Did not necessarily have any strong dislikes, but it didn't stand out to me as something revolutionary as a lot of devices and computers may already have a program with built in screen recording. For example, zoom has that option built in.

**What problems is Apeaksoft Screen Recorder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried it out for seeing if it would be better or more standard than the default programs we already had installed in our computers that also screen recorded. There was not a significant difference in quality of recording or usability, but it was useful for a computer that didn't have the screen record feature that worked as smoothly.

**What do you like best about Apeaksoft Screen Recorder?**

It's very simple to operate as with big thumbnails and a few other innovative features such as annotations which I haven't seen in any other recording software as of now.

**What do you dislike about Apeaksoft Screen Recorder?**

Firstly it's not freeware and costly, another one would be the color schema, most of the icons and options are green, which can have some better options, also the click sound can be made better.

**What problems is Apeaksoft Screen Recorder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

recording the games play when playing online in the browser
