AP Express is licensed as an annual subscription, paid upfront, with pricing based on the number of invoices your company processes each year. We also charge a one-time implementation fee to cover configuration and training. This structure allows you to scale your use of AP Express in line with your business growth while maintaining predictable, upfront costs. The AP Express Supplier Portal is also an annual subscription licensed separately. Pricing for the AP Express Supplier Portal is calculated at 60% of your AP Express annual subscription price. All supplier on-boarding is done by Nivo1 at no cost to you.

Pricing information for AP Express is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase AP Express must be conducted with the seller.

What do you like best about AP Express?

APX is easy to navigate and use. I can easily find past processed invoices for review or recall an incorrectly processed invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AP Express?

When manually adding a credit line, a warning appears stating that "Negative quantity cannot have a zero unit price. Please adjust the unit price", preventing me from tabbing to the next cell to finish until I click out.

When matching an invoice to a PO, I have to select each line of the PO individually for multiline POs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
