The customer service is reflective of this. They do not answer phones. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor by fixing their software. The system has shut down. Easy to log in once you are trained in the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ankota Home Care Software? Mostly that it does not coordinate with out documentation app. Also that there is not an Ankota app, so when you want to log the time that you are at the home, you have to go through an internet website instead of directly punching in on an app. I have to take the time to log in after I work and then close the visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Ankota Home Care Software: GET AN APP! I hate logging into the internet website to log that I am at the clients house. Scheduling clients between me (as the clinician) and the office staff seeing our availability.
