Anedot has been a wonderful company to work with. Their backend software never seems to have glitches, it's easy to see what has been given and with their new donor support page, I don't have to intercept changes donors want to make. As is the case with any type of donation service, donations come in one lump sum and not in real time, so when we have individual donations, mixed in with corporate, it take a bit of time to split those out in accounting. I love that I can pull reports consistent with my state's public finance rules. I don't have to reconcile what has gone through and what hasn't like I had to with PayPal, and I don't have to pay fees as large as I had to with PayPal and Act Blue. I would like the text to donate function to allow you to choose a phone number that incorporated the campaign name, for example, 800-VOTETYE. I would also love a QR code scan option. Sometimes when setting up a new account, you have to wait for them to call you to verify information and then have the underwriting processed. While I understand this for a new account, it can be kind of a hassle and unnecessary when creating a sub-account.
