**What do you like best about Anderson Frank?**

I have very little to say about Anderson Frank that could be considered positive.

**What do you dislike about Anderson Frank?**

Anderson Frank was quick to suggest their consultants could help us with customizing Netsuite but when it was discovered that their consultant was not trustworthy or capable of completing the project, Anderson Frank was not willing to make the situation right. We paid Anderson Frank $67,000 only to find out we literally had nothing to show for it. They provided a replacement consultant who checked the work of the first consultant, and they couldn't find anything of substance after nearly a year's worth of time and money. Using Anderson Frank was the single biggest mistake of our company's history.

**What problems is Anderson Frank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Anderson Frank reached out to us after posting job openings/help-wanted for a Netsuite (ERP) consultant. They are a recruitment company for Netsuite professionals, but also have a per-project facet to their business and connected us with some of their trusted Netsuite Consultants.
