**What do you like best about Andar360?**

It appears in the past this could have been a solid database software, but it has not been updated or made easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Having used a lot of Nonprofit donor/gift Management Software, I have never seen one that is less intuitive, complicated, and clunky all at once. I feel like it could have been good back in the early 00's but it has not changed since. We have tried training and insights but have found our system to be unusable. We will be switching, but have been told we can only get bulk data and no exports to excel. I would avoid.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had hoped it would be key since so many United Way's use the system but it is not intuitive, hard to use, expensive, and easily broken.

Because Andar360 allows us to input data into refined classes, we're able to run very detailed reports that include the information we need and disclude items that aren't relevant.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

There can be areas that are a bit difficult to navigate and unforgiving if the processes are out of order.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Andar360 customer service has been very helpful in identifying our specific needs and helping to customize modules. Exporting data into other accounting software has been beneficial for efficiency and quality controls.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

The Andar360 support is one of my favorite elements to the system. In addition to their fast response time, they have an excellent Glossary that is well linked with all the instructions and scenarios you need to determine the steps for your project.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

The interface can seem a little outdated, but there are different options for how to display the information that can help.

**Recommendations to others considering Andar360:**

The customer service team at Andar360 cannot be beat. They are incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They have always been helpful and eager to help solve any issues.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are getting online donation sites ready in minutes with the Andar360 ePledge modules. We have been able to add new businesses to our accounts quickly and securely. I also enjoy their events management module and the special events additions they made this year.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

The thing I like best about Andar360 is how comprehensive it is. We don't need to have a different piece of software or a different service for each department. Andar360 has tools for digital and traditional giving, revenue processing, volunteering, events, texting, digital RFP submission and evaluation, Marketing, KPIs, Data Analysis, extensive reporting and more.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

The main downside of Andar360 is because the developers are more focused on function (as they should be) it can look a bit dated when compared to other CRMs. I personally am far more concerned with how software functions than it looking slick, so it isn't a problem I have, but one I have heard from new employees.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one main system of record, and having that system work for so many departments is far more efficient than having data spread out over so many systems. By having everything in one system, we get the 360 degree view of our individuals and organizations. We can see their giving history, volunteering, event attendance, affiliations, and connections, all on their account. This allows us to spend less time compiling data since it is all in one spot.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

Andar360 is developed for comprehensive charitable organizations which have large donor bases and the need for extensive reporting capabilities. It offers customized reports (DMOs) to be created with complex customization features including SQL level-coding. Also, it has extensive logging that allows for regular security audits and accountability concerns. It also has the ability to send emails not only internally but also to external stakeholders. This reduces the need to have multiple applications (e.g. a CRM, an email application, etc.) to address donor inquiries and action requests.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

It is an application-based tool so it is not cloud-friendly which means it is prone to downtimes/connectivity issues if its server is interrupted (hardware failure/power outage). It also has a steep learning curve for new users, especially those used to simpler interfaces such as Salesforce. One of the challenges experienced with this application is regarding accessibility, many staff members are uncomfortable accessing the tool without extensive training and even with, they are reluctant to use it because of its complex interface and causes more pressure on reporting staff.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating complex reports with customer information is possible and easily extracted to a PDF or CSV file for further analysis. One benefit that is realized is the ability to produce regular reports and have them sent automatically to certain recipients internally. It is also easy to import spreadsheets from a variety of other platforms and allow all of the data to reside in Andar 360 with relative ease, almost every field is importable in the tool which allows complex organizations the ability to report not only at the granular level for customers but also at the application level.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

With Andar360, I can parse out the exact data I want from an enormous amount of information using a data mining operation. Instead of taking forever to find a needle in a haystack, I am holding a powerful magnet over the pile of hay to find the needle with ease!

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Andar360 is not a tool that can immediately be utilized without taking the time to learn how and to set it up to best suit your needs. If you need something quick and easy, this isn't for you. But if you want a super customizable CRM, you will appreciate Andar.

Prepare to devote time to learning how to use Andar360.

Andar360 is always looking for customer-focused product improvements. They provide training for users and support is available if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

There isn't really anything that I dislike about the product. Once you get the hang of the software, it's pretty easy to use.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems thus far except we realized we exceeded the amount of users we could have at the same time. Benefits are that it is a database that is perfect for our purpose.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

You can always learn more about Andar through the Support Centre.  Even someone who doesn't have a degree in computer science can quickly learn the CRM software to assist the organization of volunteers/donors.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

The solutions for certain issues are not always straightforward. I would love to see the support centre connected to the Andar360 software so that you don't have to go to a new browser to find the solution.

Through the volunteer opportunities section, you can organize your volunteer committees and track volunteer/donor involvement. It allows for more organization and customization of an individual's account profile.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

Andar is a very logical system.  Once you understand the logic behind its functions, it is easy to apply that same logic to all the modules Andar offers. There is an enormous amount of training resources available, including video tutorials, written documentation, and live training. In addition, the support desk is readily available to answer questions and guide you through the process. Other Andar users are also a great resource, always willing to share their experiences and best practices.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Andar is a very broad and very deep system.  For small organizations who depend on one or two staff members to understand the entire system, it can seem a bit intimidating to get started. Andar has all the functionality that you would want in a database system of this type; it just takes time to absorb it all.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track relationships with donors and focus on the areas of our work where they show the greatest interest has provided great insight to us.  In addition, we have been able to automate a number of our formerly manual functions, not only saving time, but money and natural resources.

Andar is so powerful and has so much capability, the possibilities to use real data is limitless.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Just wish I knew how to do all the things that would make my job easier, especially with DBII report.  It would be good to have a specific repository of what/how to run reports to make this process easier, since we all have to do it every year.

They are very familiar with the operations of a United Way office.  Since we deal in payroll pledges vs. traditional gifts.. they know our industry

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Their ePledge module is great for donors, but the behind the scenes platform is a very very complex.  Be warned.  They don't really supply enough documentation for those getting started.    You will need to be aware that the initial investment is not the end of the road, lots of extra money to add the modules.

An online giving platform, very useful during COVID.

Andar is user-friendly and very detailed.  It is a lot to learn, but is actually a very nice database.  I love the details that it can capture and show most things in a screen shot.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

The main thing I dislike is how difficult it is to learn and navigate.  However, once you know the basics, it is fairly easy to trial and error things like reports and queries.

It is helping with the communication between departments and donors.

I love how Andar is a user friendly application and hosts so many ways to adequately store donor data. When pushing out mass communication, Andar has been pivotal in my role as Community Engagement Specialist

Andar tends to lock up easily and requires help from support staff.

At our local United Way we are bridging the gap between the donor and the work their dollars yield. Andar helps us do this easily and effectively.

from a development director stand point, the information I need to connect with donors is not readily available, this is more about pledging.  i want to be able to record my conversations and communications about donors, the affiliation with us, etc.  i don't find that very easy or accessible with Andar

i'm not the main user so i'm still working through problem solving.

**What do you like best about Andar360?**

The dashboard is well laid out, easy to understand.  Can pull effective reports.  Easily search and find donors.  Can use the system to send mass emails as well as setup custom fundraising sites.  Although not user friendly or as simple as the sales team makes it out to be.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Where to begin.  It's clunky.  Does not come cloud based although I think you can pay for an app version.  Dashboard is barely customizable and missing key stats that my team needed.  Not user friendly and extremely hard to navigate.  Unless someone guided me through the process, I could never figure out how to pull reports I needed nor did I feel confident that the reports were accurate.  I have used donor management systems that were worse but this was only a slight step up.  Not to mention it was a headache to reach customer service.

**What problems is Andar360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A one stop shop for all things fundraising (donors, custom fundraising sites, communication, connected with our email system and calendars).  Benefits mostly were found in custom sites so that giving could be automatically connected to the database for timely reporting.

In the jargon of United Ways, does an excellent job of managing designated contributions and summarizing workplace fundraising at the company level.

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

Runs on Microsoft SQL Server, which like almost everything Microsoft, requires a lot of care and expense from an organization's budget that could be better put toward the mission of the organization.

**Recommendations to others considering Andar360:**

The Accounting/Finance/Pledge Processing users love Andar.  Other users not so much.  Regardless of which add-on modules are purchased for use in other departments, most users see it as strictly a fundraising management system.

It manages the pledge (or donation), payment and payout phases for the core business of United Ways.

We are able to gather all the information about our clients in one simple system and quickly search them up. Its benefits are in the ease of access, the speed of entering in data, and the versatility of what data needs to be put in and where.

I like the capability to do so many things within one program. This product can be used throughout the organization simultaneously. 

**What do you dislike about Andar360?**

For this software to do successful, there are a lot of tools that you have to take the time to build. Once you build them, then the software becomes more valuable. You also have to have a lot knowledge about the software to be able to utilize it.

This software is best for people with a technical/database background.

We are creating a system that tracks future prospects and manages our current accounts. There are systems that you can put in place that will do some of the work you need to complete behind the scenes, so that you can focus on other priorities.

It’s difficult to manipulate.  It’s clunky. It’s not intuitive.

Make sure your IT and their IT sit and talk about the scenarios before you implement
