## Amplitude Session Replay Reviews
  ### 1. Clear Insights with Easy Setup, Needs Better EU Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** majd n. | Marketing Traffic Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I like how clear and direct Amplitude Session Replay is with no extra steps involved. I appreciate the detailed selection into different categories like bounced sessions and most engaged sessions, which makes it easier for me to find interesting replays. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy, just a simple installation on GTM. The decision to switch from Hotjar was influenced by Amplitude Session Replay's more generous plan.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Difficulty adapting it to my cookie banner in the EU. I need clearer instructions or better connections with tools like Axeptio.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to track user interactions and understand bounce reasons. It clearly categorizes sessions, making it easy to find interesting replays.

  ### 2. Integrates Well, Needs Improved Filtering

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I like that Amplitude Session Replay is integrated with Amplitude, which allows me to filter or identify cohorts that I want to look at. It's good that it shows the mouse tracking also, and it highlights the specific events along the bottom of the bar so I can jump to different, specific parts of a user's journey or experience.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I think the filtering could be a bit better. It would be good to combine it with the events triggered, to have it more integrated within dashboards. At the moment, it's a bit segregated in terms of how you can look at it. It feels like I have to explore more to find the information, instead of having driven user insights. The initial setup was relatively okay but involved some developments. It would have been nicer if it was just automatically included.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to see user confusion points and behavior, providing more granularity into understanding user patterns, unlike Amplitude Events.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Paula,

Thank you for your feedback. We like hearing that you’re using Amplitude Session Replay to understand user journeys. We hear your feedback on wanting stronger filtering, tighter integration with dashboards, and a smoother out-of-the-box setup, and these are areas we’re actively working to improve. If you’d like to review your current configuration and available options, our Support and customer success teams would be happy to walk through best practices with you.

  ### 3. Easy to Use, Insightful Analytics with AI Agents for Scalable Analysis

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

It’s quite easy to use and brings some interesting insights to the table, especially when combined with the AI agents that analyse results. This adds a different angle to how you interpret what you’re seeing and also makes it possible to analyse things at a larger scale.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

The implementation was harder than anticipated because we didn’t configure everything correctly at the start, which meant session replays weren’t showing up in some of the dashboards. We also ran into throttling issues, and as a result the session replays didn’t always reflect what the user was actually seeing on screen.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s mostly about how users interact with the different interfaces, which helps us uncover friction points and usability issues. This, in turn, informs our roadmap so that understandability doesn’t get in the way of users getting the most out of the product.

  ### 4. Indispensable for Behavioral Analysis

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurie-Anne F. | Product Designer

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I appreciate Amplitude Session Replay because it is super easy to use and very practical for filtering user sessions. As I work on a multi-market product, it is crucial for me to be able to see data on a specific market or page by easily filtering. The integrated time codes allow me to spot key moments quickly, which saves me time. Additionally, I can easily share sessions or specific segments with my product manager, making collaboration much more efficient. This feature is really powerful for detecting user issues and is essential for the continuity of work.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Think that it would be interesting to have an AI enhancement to potentially detect drop moments. It would be good to mix conversion funnels with session replays to avoid spending 20 to 30 minutes watching multiple session replays.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Amplitude Session Replay, I can watch my users' behaviors without direct interviews, which solves my user research problems. Session filtering and time codes allow me to easily share key moments, making my continuous discovery more effective.

  ### 5. Excellent for Spotting UX Friction and Reproducing Bugs Fast

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

It’s an excellent tool for spotting UX friction and debugging issues. It helps us quickly identify rage clicks and reproduce user-reported bugs right away, without having to ask users for screenshots or detailed steps.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Setting up the privacy and data masking rules can be quite tedious.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the classic challenge of reproducing intermittent bugs or customer-reported issues. Rather than asking users for screenshots or detailed steps to reproduce, our engineering team can watch the exact session replay and review any console or network errors. This has dramatically sped up our time to resolve technical issues.

  ### 6. Effective User Journey Analysis with Room for Enhanced AI Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I love how easily I can filter out user IDs and skip to the part I want to see, which actually matters to me. I can directly jump to the part where I want the analysis to be done and see how the user went through that journey, helping me make critical decisions about my product. It helps me understand which areas need improvement or duplication.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I think the AI feature of Amplitude Session Replay is something where more work could be done. It can be made easier to interact with so that with a simple prompt, I can just directly get to the specific set of recordings I need to see for my analysis.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps me track user journeys and actions, especially where users get stuck, by providing specific session recordings. I can filter user IDs and jump to critical parts, aiding in analysis and product decisions, identifying improvement or duplication areas.

  ### 7. Insightful but Needs Bug Fixes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Product Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I like being able to see where users click and what they are typing in easily. It's helpful to know how long they stay on a certain item. As a designer, this allows me to do usability research and save time.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I cannot see the map on Amplitude Session Replay because of the canvas element. Our app relies on the map and I cannot solve the conversion problem when I cannot see where they are clicking. Also, the AI says that users are rage clicking but I cannot tell how and where on session replays. I just see a blank screen in that section so I cannot tell if they are actually rage clicking or just interacting with the map zooming in and out. I would rank it higher if it was perfect, but it's blank a lot of the time.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to see where users get stuck and don't convert, analyze user flows for problems, and conduct usability research effectively as a designer.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for using Amplitude Session Replay as part of your design and usability work. It’s great to hear that being able to see where users click, what they type, and how long they stay on key elements has been helpful for your research and conversion analysis.

I’m sorry for the frustration with sessions that rely on your map canvas and then appear blank in replays, especially when you’re trying to validate AI-detected rage clicks. Canvas-based components like maps can be harder to capture today, and your point about distinguishing true rage clicks from normal map interactions is really helpful for us.

We’d love a quick follow-up to look at your specific implementation (how your map is rendered and which sessions are blank) so we can troubleshoot and improve capture quality. Please reach out through your Amplitude customer team or Support, and we’ll make sure your examples get in front of the Session Replay product and engineering team.

  ### 8. Transforms User Insights with Unmatched Clarity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramnath S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I really like how easy it was to set up Amplitude Session Replay. I also appreciate how smooth and intuitive the entire function is. The fact that it fits within the context of my existing behavior on Amplitude makes it even better, allowing me to see a stream of click events along with session replays side by side. This feature makes it much easier to get a clear picture of how the product is being used. I also find the smoothness of viewing the entire session replay and the accuracy of the results quite satisfying.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Sometimes it takes about two, three clicks to see session replays quickly, and there's an issue where it doesn't show up even though I know there's a replay available. I have to navigate through a different path to find it. So, navigation could be better for new session replays.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps me understand how users interact with my product, revealing navigational challenges and user confusion. It provides a clearer picture than just click events, highlighting user inactivity and confusion points.

  ### 9. Powerful User Replays That Unlock Use Cases

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Ability to watch how power users use the product is great for uncovering use case mysteries.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

it can be hard to search for the exact replays one needs - but the agentic chat is becoming more powerful and when used together it makes work flows faster!

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning more about customers behaviour and pain points

  ### 10. Session replays are like going through the journey from the eyes of the user!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haider A. | Growth Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

The thing which I have found to be of most use with session replays is that you can literally see what the user did, how they did and more importantly what did they redo/undo - what I mean by all this is I was able to see exactly how the users navigated throughout the journey, going back and forth, typing something then erasing or mis clicking a button and going back - all of which can be directly linked to 2 things: UI and data present. For example the data would say a person went to page X instead of page Y but on seeing the session replay we saw that they misclicked page X due to the placement of the icons.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Not being able to download session replay videos. If there would be an option to download session replay videos that would be really cool and helpful.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly being able not just walk through the journey from the users POV but viewing exactly user's journey.I will share a real example on which I touched upon in the last section as well. We had data saying more people went to page X instead of page Y and some of them came back and went to page Y but on seeing the session replay we saw that they misclicked page X due to the placement of the icons and from the users POV who is using the app from the phone it was indeed a miscliked due to the placement of the icons. You can see exactly what the user is doing on a page, down to the last detail like scrolling, taking too much time to do something like type, etc which is really really helpful and benefiting people like us who breath data.

**Official Response from Tamara Kecman:**

> Hi Haider, thanks so much for sharing your experience! Love hearing that Session Replay fits so well into your data-driven workflow; I can tell you truly breathe data! Great point about downloading session videos; I'll pass that along to our team. Glad it's helping you catch those small UX details that make a big difference. Keep up the great work you do!

  ### 11. Game-Changer for User Behavior Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pushkar j.

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I really like the heat map feature; it's nice and adds great value. The dashboard's mini view and big view for monitoring events are also very useful. Overall, the platform is clean and easy to use. Additionally, integrating Amplitude Session Replay into my front end took less than fifteen minutes, which is impressive. To be very honest, it's been a game changer for me.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I think something like masking or things like that could be improved around confidential information. Also, for some of the sessions, I see that there is no user ID. So I'm not very sure what sessions are those, so some things are a bit hazy sometimes. But it works most of the time and solves most of our use cases.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to visualize user interactions, track feature discoverability, and understand user behavior with heat maps. It shows where user attention goes and helps create workflows, making it essential for product analytics.

  ### 12. Time-Saving Insights with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julia O.

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I find that Amplitude Session Replay allows me to quickly look into how users are behaving on my website, which is super helpful. The targeting feature makes it easy to be smart about what I'm looking for, letting me connect it to specific experiments and steps in the funnel where there's high drop-off. It helps me dive deeper into why this is happening by reviewing sessions. I also appreciate how it integrates with Amplitude Agent, letting me look into specific sessions that interest me without spending a lot of time. This tool saves me a lot of time compared to the old tool where we had to manually look into each session. In just a couple of minutes, I can set up filtering and start gathering recordings to look into what really matters. The smart targeting is a lot better compared to what I used with Mouseflow, making it a more efficient choice for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Sometimes sessions you are looking for are a bit irrelevant even with smart targeting. Improving targeting even further would be great. Also, it is only available on one of our apps, not all, so we can't have an end-to-end view, but I think it's more of our setup issues, not specifically Amplitude. Amplitude Session Replay doesn't have the feature to add scripts to specific pages, so we're reluctant to roll it out to landing pages due to SEO team considerations about page speed. Also, because of limits, we are reluctant to roll it out more widely. The initial setup was not super easy because we have different apps, so you have to set it up separately for each app.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to monitor user experience and identify bugs. It helps me analyze high drop-offs, saving hours by efficiently targeting and reviewing sessions that matter. The smart targeting and quick setup are key benefits.

  ### 13. Precise Fault Tracking That Makes Client Issues Easier to Resolve

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandru T. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I can track the causes of faults for clients very precisely, which makes it much easier to understand what went wrong and address the issue.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

It’s fairly resource-intensive and a bit difficult to configure.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps me track down and resolve any bugs or faults.

  ### 14. Session Replays

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kritika S. | Associate Technology Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Amplitude Session Replay is really helpful for understanding user issues. Whenever a user raises a complaint or faces difficulty with any feature, we can easily go back and watch their session to see exactly what happened. It helps us identify usability gaps, reproduce issues faster, and improve the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

We’re currently unable to record session replays for our Tableau dashboards, which limits visibility into how users interact with embedded analytics. It would be great if Amplitude supported session replay for such integrations as well.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps us quickly identify and resolve user-reported issues. Whenever users face challenges or raise complaints about specific features, we can review their exact session to understand their actions and context. This has greatly improved our ability to reproduce issues, enhance user experience, and prioritize fixes based on real user behavior.

  ### 15. Analyze Users Effortlessly, But Needs Better Filtering

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan Daniel F.

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

One of the things I like the most is that they have the events that occur in the capture separately on the right. In general, I like the tool. The fact that it is connected with all the rest of the user's information is quite good.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

It makes it quite difficult that it doesn't allow direct filtering to view a specific page. I would like there to be an option to choose a landing directly from the Replay app and have it show me all the videos for that landing, without having to apply cohorts.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to analyze user behavior in the conversion funnel. It helps me see how they behave without interviews, and I like that events are captured separately. It's also nice that it connects with all the user information.

  ### 16. Valuable but Intuitive Use Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily P.

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I love the capability of Amplitude Session Replay to allow me to look up users and watch how they interact with our software. It is incredibly insightful to observe where they slow down or stop, which helps me understand user behavior better. Additionally, I find the summary and recap feature very convenient because if I do not have time to watch recordings, I can create cohorts and identify trends across the board. These functionalities have proven to be very helpful for me, especially when dealing with adoption and engagement tracking of new products in the market. The platform has been a valuable tool for identifying and sorting out issues, such as errors on a form page, which has been a huge plus.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Amplitude Session Replay poses several challenges. Firstly, it requires a steep learning curve due to the necessity of creating many custom filters to find specific information, making it daunting and time-consuming for new users. The complexity of configuring views by pages, buttons, or features adds to the difficulty, with an overwhelming number of avenues to explore, complicating the process of honing in on desired data. Additionally, the AI agent does not assist in this process, leading to a desire for more intuitive features such as the ability to highlight UI elements and automatically retrieve relevant activity data. Integration with other tools also lacks reliability, as shown by failed attempts to integrate with Slack. Lastly, the initial setup is challenging, with issues like company activities being misinterpreted as client activities, complicating the process of isolating actual user data.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to track product adoption and engagement, and resolve user errors. It helps me visualize user interactions, identify trends, and streamline troubleshooting, though setting up and parsing data remain challenging due to its steep learning curve.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Emily,
Thanks for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad Session Replay and the summary/cohort capabilities are helping you diagnose issues and understand adoption and engagement, but we’re sorry that the learning curve, filtering experience, integrations, and initial setup have been frustrating. Your suggestions around more intuitive UI element selection and tighter AI and Slack workflows are especially helpful as we prioritize improvements. If you’re open to it, we’d really appreciate the chance to review your current setup (including the Slack integration and internal vs. client traffic) so we can address these pain points—please reach out via https://support.amplitude.com/ and reference this review.

  ### 17. Optimized Our Landing Page Insights with Amplitude

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elis L. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I appreciate Amplitude Session Replay for its ability to track marketing landing pages, which enhances my understanding of how customers interact with page content. This insight is crucial for optimizing design to boost sign-up rates and measure the impact of marketing campaigns. The most valuable feature for me is the segmentation of session recordings, allowing analysis of specific user behaviors, such as identifying customers who did not complete a particular event. This kind of filtering is pivotal in driving business metrics by providing targeted insights for optimization. The integration with other reports and dashboards is seamless, facilitating comprehensive data analysis, contributing significantly to meaningful segmentation, and cohort analysis for improvements. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward because we already used Amplitude's analytics services, highlighting the ease of adopting Amplitude Session Replay as part of an integrated analytics solution.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Heatmaps should have scroll %, little bit miss that from Hotjar.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to understand customer interactions on landing pages, optimizing design to boost sign-ups. Segment filtering lets me focus on sessions like incomplete events, enhancing business metrics. Transitioning from Hotjar, it unifies analytics and insights for better segmentation and cohort analysis.

  ### 18. Smooth UX with Quick Setup, Needs Better Bot Filtering

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I like Amplitude Session Replay's really smooth UX, which makes it very quick and snappy, and super easy to use. I also appreciate the ability to see many replays quickly and the really good way they have of sorting and filtering all the replays, making it very easy to review them. The initial setup was extremely easy, taking only a minute.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

One thing is, I have this one bot user who is constantly crawling my site, and it's being picked up by session replay. It's difficult to figure out how to block this account and it's just using up all of my session replay tokens.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps me see where my users spend the most time on my website.

  ### 19. Effortless Troubleshooting with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ame R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I find the encryption of sensitive text particularly reassuring, as it maintains data privacy while allowing detailed analysis. I appreciate that cursor movements is recorded too, which is incredibly helpful for filling gaps and identifying missing information when issues arise. Additionally, the product's user-friendly interface ensures that even those who weren't involved in the setup can navigate its features effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Sometimes when I attempt to fast forward the replay, it doesn't work as expected and reverts to the start instead (maybe due to video being not fully loaded).

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to monitor daily usage, troubleshoot, and link issues back to specific sessions with unique IDs. Issues that are reported by our end-users sometimes have gaps or missing information, but now it's covered by the Session Replay. It also allows me to view our site in different screen sizes/resolution, which I then use this information to improve and scale more efficiently.

  ### 20. Intuitive User Insights,

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mafalda B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I find Amplitude Session Replay to be incredibly helpful when it comes to understanding user journeys and conversion funnels. It allows me to go directly from my analytics chart to reviewing session replays without any extra steps, which is a massive time saver. The ability to automatically go to the selected cohort with users that dropped is particularly intuitive and super easy to use. This seamless integration between analytics and session replays lets me analyze sessions effectively without needing to set up new cohorts or perform additional searches. The platform’s user interface is notably straightforward, facilitating quick transitions and insights into user behavior. It significantly enhances my ability to understand better and analyze any potential bugs or user experience issues that don't appear in user testing. Compared to my previous experience with Hotjar, Amplitude Session Replay’s simplicity and one-click replay accessibility are major benefits, making it much less cumbersome to follow user journeys.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I've noticed some glitches with Amplitude Session Replay. Sometimes when I'm analyzing the conversion funnels, the replays don't align with what I've selected previously. It's possible that the issues I'm experiencing are related to our setup, but it might also be a general glitch within the software. Another aspect that I find problematic is that working with session replays isn't as intuitive as it could be. There are times when I try to access session replays, and the option appears disabled unless I refresh the charts. Initially, this was quite frustrating because the replay option was inconsistently available. I wasn't aware of this need to refresh until a colleague pointed it out, and I think it would be beneficial if this behavior were more clearly communicated or resolved.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to understand user behavior and diagnose issues in conversion funnels, making it easier to analyze user drop-offs and bugs. It's intuitive and seamlessly connects analytics to session replays without extra steps, streamlining user journey analysis.

  ### 21. Invaluable Insights But Needs UI Fixes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim L. | Director of Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I love the mouse movement, events that users took, and what the screen looks like with Amplitude Session Replay. The info on the device helps a lot.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Some icons and images do not show up, and I'm not sure why. It would be helpful to have some info on how to fix it. Also, session replay doesn't work with people using ad blockers.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to see where users get stuck by viewing actual screens, mouse movements, and device info, which helps us understand user interactions.

  ### 22. Easy User Journey Tracking

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

We can easily see the flow our users are going through and where they stumble

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

We needed some time to get used to the interface, especially when it came to linking a session to a user.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What are the bottlenecks in our onboarding flow, what is unintuitive and frustrating for users, we should be fixed.

  ### 23. Great when couple with Analytics, Easy Setup, progress to make on new Mobile UI framework

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Restaurants | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I have used other tools that offer session replays, and when it comes to the replay feature itself, they are quite similar. However, what sets Amplitude apart is the ability to combine session replays with Analytics, making it much easier to search for specific user journeys or patterns. Having analytics events displayed alongside the replay is also very helpful, as it allows me to better track user interactions.

The initial setup is straightforward, and I was able to start viewing replays in the console quite quickly.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

At the moment, Session Replay functions very well for web and mobile applications built with traditional UI components. However, when using newer frameworks such as SwiftUI for iOS and Compose for Android, the tool is still in its Alpha stage. As a result, we often experience unusual behavior, especially regarding the masking and unmasking of sensitive data. This means we need to be particularly vigilant about how our team utilizes it.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Session Replay is valuable for uncovering issues that analytics alone cannot reveal, such as pinpointing where users encounter difficulties, moments when they are unsure where to click or tap, or instances when they interact with non-interactive elements. It serves as a clear complement to analytics, providing additional insight into areas where users experience friction with our products.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi! Thanks for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review and for highlighting how Session Replay + Analytics together help you find specific journeys and friction points more easily. It’s great to hear that setup was straightforward and that seeing events alongside replays is valuable for your workflow.

You’re absolutely right to call out the current limitations with SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose, especially around masking and unmasking sensitive data. Those newer mobile frameworks are an active area of investment for us, and we take the privacy and safety concerns you mentioned very seriously. Your feedback is incredibly helpful in shaping those improvements. If you’re open to it, we’d love to review your implementation and the masking behavior you’re seeing so we can tighten this up faster—please reach out via (https://support.amplitude.com/) and mention this review.

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I like that Amplitude Session Replay solves specific problems I face, like analyzing the onboarding of my mobile app and understanding scrolling behavior on a specific page. It’s great how it's well integrated into the product and accessible from different touchpoints. I appreciate being able to see where people scroll, whether vertically or horizontally, and which sections are the most attention-grabbing.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I experienced a few bugs or friction: it was difficult to navigate through the video, to go quickly to an interesting part of it. Also, I had long loading time. And screens were not looking exactly how my app is.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to see onboarding friction and scrolling behavior. It helps identify user pain points not visible in charts and is accessible across touchpoints, aiding in layout analysis and improving app flow.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Clement, Thank you for sharing how you use Session Replay to understand mobile onboarding and scrolling behavior. **Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay for analyzing the user journey and actual user behaviour and it's been very useful for me until now. I like the timeline and the timestamp features, which make identifying specific events easy. The ease of pointing directly to events using the timestamp is particularly helpful for me. The initial setup was very easy, with only a small change in the script required to achieve session replay.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I like to improve the visual experience because, when it opens, it's very small. I would like to open it as a medium-sized pop-up so that it's easy for me to visually see what is happening.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay for analyzing the user journey. It helps me identify where users spends more time and to identify actual user behaviour and pain points

  ### 30. The value of session replays

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I can see what our users are most interested in, as well as where they might be getting confused, so that we can make adjustments and make our platform more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

This might be something that can be done, but a way to choose which visitors are recorded and which are not.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to see where our clients look first is a good way to decide how to arrange the layout

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Debra,
Thanks for sharing how you use Amplitude Session Replay to design better user experiences. There are configuration options to control which sessions are captured, and we’re continuing to invest in even more flexible ways to manage what gets recorded. If you’d like to review the options available in your current setup, our Support team would be happy to walk through them with you.

  ### 31. Quick Setup and Powerful Session Replay, Especially with AI Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel T. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Implementation is quick and easy, and you're able to decide on what percentage of sessions are sampled to stay within contracted volumes without development effort.

Session Replay is best utilized with other reporting features, especially AI Agents. It's great to be able to click on a data point and view recorded sessions from users in that data set.

New features are being added frequently, like AI Summaries, so that I don't have to view each session in it's entirety for the one small part that was useful.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

On it's own it's not used to understand user behavior. It really is a tool that enriches other features in Amplitude, so it's value is only realized if you're already making use of the rest of the analytics product.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding user interactions with our website beyond just the tracked events and properties. It's easier to see where a user is hovering over, or what issues in the front-end are causing friction for the user.

  ### 32. Promising Tool but Needs Better Event Filtering

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis M. | Senior Product Analyst

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I appreciate how Amplitude Session Replay helps in troubleshooting specific issues during an A/B test by allowing us to jump into session replays to understand exactly where users are facing difficulties. This ability to visually see what occurs during user sessions is significantly more effective than simply reviewing event logs. This capability is crucial in identifying bugs that happen on a user's journey through our application, especially in scenarios where we notice significant drop-offs on specific pages, which we suspect might be due to the configuration of experiments. Therefore, having the ability to delve into session replays to attempt self-debugging offers a distinct advantage. I find the session replays themselves quite useful in these contexts, highlighting issues that might not be evident through traditional event tracking alone.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I don't like how the filter for events in Amplitude Session Replay functions. It doesn't work as effectively as anticipated. For instance, even when I set filters based on certain events or funnel progression, the session recordings do not accurately reflect these settings. Instead of showing recordings of users who experienced those specific events, it provides unrelated ones. This greatly limits my ability to analyze drop-offs effectively, as I can't watch session replays for users who dropped off during a specific event. The filtering logic needs to be improved to make these functions reliable and efficient.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay for troubleshooting bugs during A/B tests, identifying issues in user journeys. It's beneficial to see session replays instead of just event data, helping us debug drop-offs more effectively.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Louis, Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! Your feedback means a lot to us here at Amplitude. We’re glad Session Replay helps you debug A/B tests faster. We’re sorry the event filtering experience hasn’t met your expectations.

A few quick tips: In Funnel Analysis, replays are currently available for conversions (not drop‑offs), which can make drop‑off investigations feel off if you’re expecting direct replay links there. Try using Microscope to create a cohort of users who dropped at a specific step, then open Session Replay and filter by that cohort/events to watch the right sessions. Also ensure at least one event per session includes the [Amplitude] Session Replay ID (matching session_id/device_id). If you use server‑side or third‑party instrumentation, add it via the Standalone SDK; otherwise replays may only surface via User Sessions/User Lookup.

We’d love to help tune your setup—https://support.amplitude.com/

  ### 33. Great Tool for Understanding User Journeys, Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruna C. | Martech Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I have been using Amplitude Session Replay for about a year and a half and find it very valuable, especially when sharing it with my customers to demonstrate its benefits. It is particularly effective in identifying errors in the user journey and analyzing specific use cases. For instance, I can track users' sign-in processes to determine if there were any issues encountered. Amplitude Session Replay serves as a crucial analytics tool that provides both quantitative and qualitative insights, allowing me to gather actionable data about user behavior. This dual insight capability helps me provide greater support to my customers. Additionally, the product's filtering options are incredibly useful, enabling me to easily summarize sessions and gain critical insights without needing to individually check each replay; this is further enhanced by the introduction of agents that streamline the process. The feedback from my technical team also indicates that the initial implementation of the product was smooth and straightforward. Overall, the product's ability to efficiently provide both detailed overviews and actionable insights makes it an indispensable tool for my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I find it challenging that Amplitude Session Replay does not allow mapping specific user journeys without involving a technical team. Customers have frequently shared their desire to do more than just set a sample rate, such as capturing sessions from users logged in or from specific journeys. This limitation adds complexity and prevents broader analysis without technical intervention.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to identify errors in user journeys, gaining qualitative insights and specific user flows, enhancing support with agents and filters, thus sharing valuable insights with customers and simplifying analysis without viewing each session individually.

  ### 34. Intuitive Tool, Excellent for User Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I appreciate how Amplitude Session Replay makes it simple to understand how our users interact with our product, which significantly enhances our product development process by helping us prioritize our backlog effectively. The tool's simplicity is a highlight, especially since it was easy to set up with a developer's help, though I find the user interface and overall user experience to be exceptionally straightforward and crucial for ongoing ease of use. The events and clicks tracking features are invaluable, as they are instrumental in how we currently use the tool. Additionally, the decision to choose Amplitude Session Replay over other options like PostHog was largely influenced by its usability, and I am consistently inclined to repurchase it on a monthly basis due to its significant contribution to our analytics activities.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I find the setup challenging because, as a non-technical person, I needed a developer's assistance to simplify the process. It would be difficult for someone without technical expertise to manage the setup on their own.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to better understand user interactions, helping us prioritize product development and backlog, and its user-friendly interface enhances our team's workflow.

  ### 36. Instant Replays for UX Insight, With Minor Glitches

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to watch sessions of users trying to self-onboard with our SaaS product, which is incredibly useful for identifying and fixing issues with the onboarding UX. I particularly love the ability to watch replays instantly, it really enhances our capability to understand user behavior in real-time. The initial setup of Amplitude Session Replay was also quite easy, which was a pleasant surprise and made the transition from other tools smoother.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

I find it frustrating that Amplitude Session Replay sometimes records only 1-second replays, which are not useful for reviewing user sessions. Additionally, it tends to miss recording certain pages entirely, which impedes a comprehensive analysis of the user onboarding process.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Amplitude Session Replay to identify and fix onboarding UX issues, benefiting from immediate access to session replays.

  ### 37. Quickly Identifies UX Friction Across Key Sales Journeys

  ### 38. Session Replays Uncover Hidden Insights for Business Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Session replays help you demystify the truth about your business. We had numerous hypotheses and theories about our features, pricing, and packaging. Session replay enables you to find golden nuggets in the form of anecdotes that you can use to prove any hypothesis right or wrong.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

The ability to not being able to filter session replays based on a certain trigger condition is a big worry. Especially for any company operating on a freemium model, because there is a lot of noise when you have a free product. Session replays for users who pay you are more important to understand to understand the needs and wants of the users.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize session replays in two main ways. First, they help us identify friction points in our onboarding process by showing us where and why users abandon the flow before experiencing a key value or 'aha' moment. Second, session replays allow us to see which features are most effective at attracting paid users and delivering value to them.

  ### 39. See Your Product Through Customers’ Eyes and Spot UX/UI Bottlenecks Fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raman V. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

You can literally see your product by your customers' eyes. It's amazing and highlight potential bottlenecks & pain points in your UX and UI.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Not enough replays even on the paid plan.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes it's not enough to see just a log of events to understand why customers drop off - better to see their screen to understand it.

  ### 40. A Powerful Tool for Product Insights, But Requires Investment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamil S. | Data Analytical Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

What I really like about Amplitude Session Replay is how seamlessly it connects qualitative user behavior with quantitative analytics. It’s incredibly helpful to actually see what users are doing right after spotting a trend or anomaly in the data. The playback feels smooth, the event timeline makes it easy to pinpoint where users get stuck, and the integration with existing Amplitude dashboards saves a lot of time switching between tools. It gives a much clearer picture of user intent and friction points.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

While the feature is powerful, the loading time for some sessions can be a bit slow, especially for longer recordings. Also, occasionally not all sessions get captured perfectly—some seem to miss certain interactions or events. It would be great if the filtering options were a bit more flexible, so we could quickly find the exact sessions related to a specific issue or funnel stage. But overall, it’s still a very valuable addition to the analytics toolkit.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay has been a game-changer in helping us understand what users actually do in their first few minutes after installing the app. Previously, we only had event data to guess where users might be dropping off, but now we can see their journey — where they tap, what confuses them, and when they decide to leave. Since most of our churn happens within the first 5–20 minutes, watching these replays helped us uncover key friction points in onboarding and first-time user experience. This insight has allowed us to make targeted improvements that directly reduce early churn and improve user activation.

  ### 41. Amplitude Session Replay Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gyumin L. | Growth Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

What I like most about this feature is that it allows me to view quantitative data (such as events and charts) and qualitative data (user behavior session replays) together within a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Some users have noted that the capture and recording quality is not always perfect. For example, there are reports of “incomplete recordings” or “slow session loading” in certain sessions.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a user simply says, “There was a bug,” it can take the support or development team a long time to reproduce and understand the situation. With Session Replay, teams can see the actual user flow and context, which greatly improves support efficiency.

  ### 42. Valuable Insights, But Needs Smarter Replay Filtering

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | CTO and Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Amplitude gives us some insight into transition failures and onboarding failures. It tells us more about where and when customers got confused or lost interest. It was easy to integrate and we did not require any customer support. We use it multiple times a week to review onboarding the product use failures.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

It is somewhat tedious to go through each replay to find things that concern you. It would be nice to show a summary of activity conditioned on an event. E.g., show me everyone's 15 seconds before pressing sign-up. Or ask for all replays that meet some condition.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude gives us and easy to use interface to watch the sessions of users and to gain insights into users actions.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Chris, Thank you for your thoughtful review and constructive feedback. We love to hear that the integration was straightforward and that replays are helping you see where customers get confused or lose interest. We really appreciate your suggestion around summaries and event‑conditioned replays. We’ve passed this along to our product team as we continue to invest in smarter ways to surface the moments that matter most. If you’re open to sharing more about your use cases, we’d love to learn from your current review process—please feel free to reach out via support.amplitude.com and reference this review.

  ### 43. Amplitude Session Replay

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

It was very useful to analyze the group behavior of a specific cohort in detail through Amplitude Session Replay.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Since the Amplitude Session Replay service is still new, its support system has not been fully developed yet.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay has proven to be an incredibly powerful tool for understanding user behavior in depth. By watching real user sessions, we were able to identify friction points, UX issues, and unexpected interaction patterns that wouldn’t have been visible through quantitative data alone. This feature made it much easier to connect user actions with analytics data and gain actionable insights for improving our product experience.

One of the most valuable aspects was the ability to analyze specific cohorts — such as users who dropped off during onboarding or those who converted successfully — and directly observe how their behaviors differed. This helped us make data-driven design and feature decisions with confidence.

  ### 44. Session Replay with Analytics Context, Still Maturing

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tamara Z. | Product Manager, Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Screen Replay is an incredibly valuable feature for product managers and product designers. It offers deep insights into how users truly interact with the product. One feature I particularly appreciate is the ability to skip inactivity, which helps me focus on the most relevant parts of the user experience without wasting time. Without a doubt, it's a tool that brings clarity and context to behavioral analysis.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

While Amplitude Session Replay is a great addition to the product analytics toolkit, there are still areas that feel underdeveloped compared to more mature session replay tools. The filtering options are limited, which makes it harder to quickly find the most relevant sessions. Additionally, it lacks frustration indicators (like rage clicks or error tracking), which are key to identifying pain points and prioritizing which sessions to review. It would also be helpful to have collaborative features like session tagging or annotations for team workflows. Overall, it’s a solid start, but there's room for improvement to make it a truly powerful tool for product teams.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps me understand how users interact with the product, beyond the numbers. It provides context to drop-offs and friction points, making it easier to prioritize improvements and validate hypotheses all without leaving the analytics platform.

**Official Response from Tamara Kecman:**

> Hey Tamara (love meeting another Tamara in the wild)! Thanks for the detailed review. I'm so glad to hear the inactivity-skipping feature is saving you time and helping you zero in on key user moments. Totally hear you on the filtering, frustration indicators, and collaborative features. These are awesome suggestions, and I'll share them directly with our product team. Keep up the great work you're doing!

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

As a first-time user, the session replay feature was very helpful in visually understanding user behavior without relying only on event logs. I liked the automatic masking of text fields (ensuring PII safety) and the way dropdowns, gestures, and navigations were captured. The integration flow was also straightforward with just start, stop, and teardown available through our analytics hook.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

A few limitations stood out — WebView content is not captured at all (treated as a black box), some sessions do not always appear in the Amplitude sessions tab, and there were minor UI rendering misses (like padding, border radius, and some images not loading properly in the replay).
Apart from these limitations, I still believe session replay will play a vital role in the user-level debugging process.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps us bridge the gap between analytics events and real user behavior by showing exactly how users interact with the app. Instead of just relying on logs or guesswork, we can visually confirm issues like navigation drop-offs, UI glitches, or confusing flows. This reduces debugging time, helps prioritize fixes based on actual user friction, and gives product/design teams clearer insights into how features are being used in real scenarios.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Akhil, Thanks for the great review—we’re thrilled Session Replay helped you visualize behavior quickly, with privacy‑first defaults like text masking and DSAR/User Privacy controls built in. It’s always great to hear about how Amplitude is helping users solve their challenges. We also appreciate the callout on embedded views and session discoverability—our team is actively investing in coverage and reliability.

  ### 48. Session Replay Adds Clarity and Context to Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps us move from “what happened” to “why it happened” — fast. The ability to instantly watch user sessions tied to specific events or funnels is incredibly helpful. It saves us hours of guesswork when investigating drop-offs, broken flows, or confusing UI interactions. What’s most helpful is how tightly integrated it is with Amplitude’s analytics — no need to jump between tools. We’ve used it to debug issues, validate design decisions, and spot usability problems we wouldn’t have caught through metrics alone. It’s made our product and UX reviews much more insightful and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

While Amplitude Session Replay is incredibly useful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The session filtering can be a bit unintuitive at first — it takes some time to figure out the best way to narrow down sessions based on specific behaviors. Also, certain minor interactions (like small hover states or transitions) occasionally don’t get captured clearly in replays. Lastly, for teams that aren’t already using Amplitude heavily, the learning curve might be steeper since the full value comes from combining event analytics with the replay feature.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Amplitude Session Replay helps us quickly identify the root causes behind user drop-offs, bugs, and poor conversion flows. Traditional analytics show us what is happening, but Session Replay reveals why — by letting us see the actual user experience. This has been especially valuable in reducing time spent on debugging, improving onboarding flows, and optimizing key user journeys. From a business perspective, it enables faster iteration, fewer assumptions, and more data-backed product decisions — all of which directly support user retention and growth.

  ### 49. Effortless Visualisation Empowers Quick Analysis

**What do you like best about Amplitude Session Replay?**

Visualising stuff is incredibly straightforward, allowing me to quickly diagnose and analyze numbers without having to rely on an analyst or wait to explain my requirements. It's honestly just that simple.

**What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay?**

At times, the session data is not unified, and events appear out of order. This makes it difficult to collect or construct a complete journey for a user.

**What problems is Amplitude Session Replay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me understand how suers uses the product, how they navigate, is there any buf that we can't see from data but from a user journey, & helps me do a lot of RCA sometimes.

**Official Response from Amanda Brush:**

> Hi Shubham, Thanks for the great review—it’s awesome to hear Session Replay makes it simple to visualize behavior and dig into numbers on your own without waiting on an analyst. We appreciate you flagging the times when session data doesn’t feel fully unified or events look out of order; our team is actively working to improve journey reconstruction and event ordering so those investigations are smoother. If you’re open to sharing specific examples, we’d love to take a closer look via https://support.amplitude.com/.
