It's easy to access the testing environment, but on production, seeing exactly what the user sees after factoring in network latencies and the kind of browsers and OS they have, is the experience I want to get into. I find Amplitude Session Replay very useful for spotting UI friction and issues users face in production. I like the MCP and AI summaries it offers, which aid in building automations that can derive insights at scale. What do you dislike about Amplitude Session Replay? In some cases, I observed that Video Playback of Session Replay was not consistent. I like how it lets me preview the session recording while also providing a side log of fired events and their timestamps. This is really helpful for analysis and for troubleshooting issues. Session replays help us analyse how users move through and complete our registration flow, and they make it easier to spot issues along the way. Because the registration flow is quite complicated and relies on many external connections, being able to see what happened visually helps us catch problems we might otherwise miss in other reporting. Here in amplitude session replays we can visualize the analytics and data and interact with them, draw our findings and hunt bugs smoothly, it ensures privacy and safety by masking confidential contents, which is a key highlight. After integrating the session replays in the App, no compose items are visible in the replays, and the complexity of integrating it with the latest platform updates. With regard to mobile applications, the transparency of user interactions is very low. Some frequent bugs could not be reproduced and cause a lot of damage, through session replays we can hunt those bugs and have a clear transparency on user experience.
