Amplinks Reviews & Product Details

Amplinks is a field service management (FSM) software solution that helps service contractors manage the full lifecycle of their business operations — from initial lead capture through scheduling, on-site service delivery, and final payment collection. Designed specifically for trades and service industries, it provides a centralized platform for coordinating office staff, field technicians, and customers within a single system. Amplinks serves all kinds of service businesses including HVAC companies, electrical contractors, plumbers, landscapers, and general contractors. It is suitable for businesses ranging from small owner-operator setups to multi-technician service organizations with dedicated office and dispatch staff. Key features of the platform include: - Lead and opportunity management — Track inbound leads, assign follow-ups, log deficiencies, and monitor conversion rates through a structured sales pipeline. - Quoting and digital proposals — Build itemized estimates from a product and service pricebook, send proposals to customers for digital signature, and manage revisions through version tracking. - Scheduling and dispatch — Assign technicians to work orders using a calendar-based dispatch view, manage trip assignments, and maintain real-time visibility into field team availability. - Service contracts and recurring work — Define recurring service agreements that automatically generate work orders on a set schedule, reducing manual administrative overhead. - Invoicing and payment collection — Generate invoices directly from completed work orders and collect payment online through Stripe integration, with support for standard payment terms. Amplinks also includes time tracking, expense logging, purchase order management, customer asset tracking, and accounting integrations with platforms such as QuickBooks Online. The platform is subscription-based, offered in tiered plans at the per-user level, with higher tiers unlocking features such as accounting sync and project management. It is accessible via web browser and is built to support both office-based and mobile field use.
