What I like best about Amplience is how much it has improved my day-to-day work. Since our company introduced it, managing content across our websites and apps has become much faster and more efficient. As part of very small team who are responsible for more than 20 websites, Amplience has enabled us to make updates and content changes quickly, without the complexity and delays we experienced before. The main area for improvement is the image upload process in Content Hub. Having to upload and then separately publish images adds an extra step to the workflow. Automatic publishing on image uploads would make the process more efficient. However, Amplience is always evolving and making improvements, which is something I really appreciate about the platform. DAMs really helpful and easy for image storage and locating. Amplience feels very intuitive and clear in how its presented t users. We train multiple teams to use it and they always get the hang of it rapidly due to ease of use.
