"Outstanding Support and Communication with Innovation That Moves Fast"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

The people and the support we receive, the effective and collaborative relationship we have, the quality and cadence of communication, and the fact that Amplience is constantly innovating and moving forward at pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

My only criticism is that, while they do a brilliant job with product development and promoting the capabilities of their products, Amplience aren’t always great at bridging the gap between where they are and where their customers are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A strong platform for managing digital content and assets at scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

What I like best about Amplience is its ability to manage digital content and assets at scale while supporting a modern headless commerce architecture. For a large retail environment, having our images, videos and content centrally managed and available for delivery across digital channels is particularly valuable. The platform gives us a strong foundation for managing increasingly complex digital content requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

The main area I would like to see improved is the management of older digital assets via a seamless bulk delete or management. When you have a large historical asset library, bulk clean-up can become quite manual and operationally intensive. Improving the tooling around bulk asset management and clean-up would make the platform even stronger for large enterprise retailers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible CMS and Fast DAM, but Needs Clearer Guidance and AI Packaging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

Amplience is a very flexible platform that allows you to create a CMS system that’s unique to your website. Developers can easily build content templates, and business users then find it straightforward to generate and publish content from them. The DAM works extremely well, delivering assets quickly, and with the Accelerated Media extensions we can effortlessly ensure we’re serving the best possible assets for each customer’s device. The support team is always quick to respond and extremely helpful, and the Account Management team is consistently looking for ways to help you get the most out of the platform by understanding your individual needs. They also have AI capabilities that we have trialled and seem very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Because there’s a lot of freedom to manage content and assets however you like, the UI can start to feel a bit messy if teams don’t stay organised. That isn’t really Amplience’s fault, but some clearer guidance on the best way to structure and manage everything would be appreciated. Also, we were interested in one specific AI feature, but we had to sign up for a much broader package just to get access to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Flexible, and Powerful—A Fantastic Next-Gen All-in-One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

Really simple to use and offers plenty of flexibility. It's a really powerful tool which can be used in whichever way the business would benefit from. The next gen platform looks fantastic having everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Nothing I really dislike, just one or two changes to the UI which I feel would be of benefit to not just our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Drag-and-Drop CMS: Fast Multi-Region Management & Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

Amplience is a easy to use CMS with the drag and drop components a quick and straight forward way to build multiple different page types at speed. We're able to create and manage content for 17 regions at the touch of a button. The team at Amplience are truly the best thing about them though, always on hand to help, fast to respond and give clear visibility of their future roadmap to help us confirm next steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

To have more of the AI capabilities out of the box would be a nice to have. Perhaps something that will be added in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Real Time-Saver for Content Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

I find Amplience very simple and easy to use, allowing us to create and schedule content for websites and apps efficiently. It's quicker than using code, which saves us a lot of time. I really like that you can see all the images needed and find content that needs updating easily. The ability to schedule multiple pieces of content across many different hubs is a big help, especially as we have over 30 websites to update with just a team of two. Using Amplience makes it so much easier for us to handle our workload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Sometimes the loading can be slow, and it can be confusing to use with different locales for different countries. Extra time is needed to go through locales as they work differently compared to the UK, making it harder to understand. We often have to manually go through slots to find the correct pieces of content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Multichannel Content Management"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

What I like best about Amplience is how flexible it is for managing and publishing content across different channels. Once the content models are set up properly, it becomes much easier for marketing and content teams to build campaigns, update assets, and localize experiences without depending on developers for every change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

What I dislike about Amplience is that it can feel quite complex at the beginning. The setup and content modeling require a clear technical understanding, and for non-technical users the interface is not always immediately intuitive. Once everything is configured well, it works much better, but the learning curve can be noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Gold-Standard Post-Sales Support That Makes Implementation Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

Post sales support is key to implementation and Amplience are gold standard in this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

Some feature requests join a queue and there is no follow up. Not a deal breaker but visibility is nice to have. Even if it is we are not going to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Reliable Tool with a Strong Feature Set"
4/5
What do you like best about Amplience?

The tool is easy to use and reliable, and it offers a good range of functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amplience?

I find that the team sometimes doesn’t proactively highlight better ways of working or new features we should implement, or at least be aware of, based on our stack. We’ve also had a few instances where incorrect updates were briefed in, which suggests the team isn’t fully familiar with what we actually have implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
