I like the user interface of Amiqus for both the client filling out information and the back office website for reviews; it's really easy to use. It's great that everything is stored in one place, making it easy to access and see if further information is needed. I can then use the interface to request more info without hassle. The customer support is via email or chat only. There is no telephone support. This can cause a breakdown in communication, cause delays in getting an answer to a query.

The adverse media checks are poor. The amount of irrelevant false positives on some searches are ridiculous.

The quality of images that pass checks can be concerning.
