What do you like best about Amiqus?

The layout of the Amiqus platform compared to other ones I have seen in the past is very clear and professional. The layout of the templates is very good and it is very easy to create new check types of which the support and management team help to set up prior to going live Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Amiqus?

On occasions if email addresses for references bounce back instead of Amiqus going out to the candidate to obtain a new email contact we have to do this at our end however this is only a minor thing and there is not much to dislike about Amiqus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amiqus?

It’s been really useful to subscribe to the same platform our largest client uses. It has significantly improved our workflow by minimising the time spent on emails and calls just to verify information. What do you dislike about Amiqus?

What do you like best about Amiqus?

Amiqus has streamlined our pre-employment checks and reduced manual chasing, which has lead to cost savings. The onboarding and support team have been brilliant, making it really easy to get started. They pre-set up all our templates and branding, allowing us to hit the ground running, and they accommodated all the questions from our legal and data protection teams. Different templates are easy to set up and personalise and it's easy to track spend. Amiqus offers a simple one-platform solution for our complex business needs across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, making the journey for new hires streamlined and easy. What do you dislike about Amiqus?

Not so much a dislike as a minor thing that could be improved. For South Africa, the consent form has to be downloaded by the new hire and printed and signed rather than an online option which we had previously with our past provider - it's not a big problem, just a little clunky. What do you like best about Amiqus?

I think Amiqus is very convenient, and most of our employees or candidates have mentioned the ease of using it. The user experience is beautiful, and it provides us with detailed reports on everything we are looking for, like DBS checks and right to work checks. What do you dislike about Amiqus?

None. Recently, some operational teams mentioned that hard copies of the DBS reports were being sent to the office, which was not necessary anymore since the PDF provides a detailed report of all the checks . We did not know at first that there was an option on the backend to toggle this off. but the Customer Service Team at Amiqus provided guidance on how to toggle this off and include guidance to the candidates not to select this option. What do you like best about Amiqus?

I really like Amiqus for its ongoing commitment to improvement and the excellent level of support we receive. The platform is continually evolving, and you can see that user feedback is taken on board. The regular updates and improvements make the software more efficient and easier to use in practice. The support is excellent; having a dedicated account manager like Iain Brand makes a huge difference. He's always available, happy to talk through ideas, and very quick to help resolve any issues. This combination of strong software and great people truly sets Amiqus apart for me. What do you like best about Amiqus?

I find Amiqus incredibly easy to use, which really saves me time. Its system allows clients to provide necessary documents at any time without having to physically visit our office, which means we get the required documents much quicker. I also appreciate that it makes it easier and quicker for us to meet our legal requirements, offering far more convenience for clients. The initial setup was very easy. What do you like best about Amiqus?

I like the user interface of Amiqus for both the client filling out information and the back office website for reviews; it's really easy to use. It's great that everything is stored in one place, making it easy to access and see if further information is needed. I can then use the interface to request more info without hassle. I also appreciate that with Amiqus, the clients can input their own information, which was a lot more manual with our previous product. I find it very efficient, especially since Amiqus is continually adding improvements and upgrades, making it better over time. The initial setup was very easy, which was a relief. What do you dislike about Amiqus?

The only issue is the platform on which clients use the forms, like phones or tablets, where sometimes open banking does not work. I'm not sure if this is an Amiqus issue or an open banking issue but just to ensure the software is usable on all devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Amiqus?

I've been using Amiqus primarily for conducting DBS checks and managing digital document signatures, and my experience with the platform has been excellent. One of the standout features for me is the ability to handle both identity verification and document signing in a single, secure environment. This adds a layer of convenience that saves time and reduces administrative overhead.

The user-friendly interface is another highlight. Navigating the platform is intuitive, and the layout makes it easy to manage ongoing checks and requests. One of the most useful features is the ability to assign checks not only to myself but also to other members of my team. This flexibility enhances collaboration, as we can view and manage each other’s requests seamlessly. It’s particularly helpful in a team setting where multiple people are involved in compliance or onboarding processes.

So far, I haven’t come across anything I’d consider a downside. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and well-suited to our team’s needs.
