The whole system seemed very archaic and not as intuitive as one might think. We initially bought the tech in the hopes that it would scan insurance cards, read them, and upload the information directly into the patient record. All it did was take a picture. What I like best about this software is just how easy it is to use consistently. I have had no issues ever since the day I had started to use it. To be completely honest, I have not found a single thing to be annoying or bad about this product.
