We initially bought the tech in the hopes that it would scan insurance cards, read them, and upload the information directly into the patient record. All it did was take a picture. **Recommendations to others considering AmbirScan Pro:** I'm sure this technology has other helpful uses, but if you're looking to scan insurance information directly into your EMR, look elsewhere. **What problems is AmbirScan Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were hoping to solve for the manual process of uploading insurance information, but it did not help us realize this. We ended up returning it and not using it any further. ### 5. I have had no issues ever since the day I had started to use it. There are so many nice features to this software and I cannot believe I had never used it before. **What do you dislike about AmbirScan Pro?** To be completely honest, I have not found a single thing to be annoying or bad about this product. They emphasize quick and easy and I have to be transparent, they really show that in how they made the software. I love every feature that I have used on this. **Recommendations to others considering AmbirScan Pro:** Everything is amazing! **What problems is AmbirScan Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem I am solving when using this software is the ability to capture a lot of documents without the hassle of it bugging up the software.
