What do you like best about Alternative Payments?

The set-it-and-forget-it type of software is what I look for in my business. Alternative payments fit that mold. I've set it up - on-boarded customers, most pay via ACH, and are on auto-pay now.

What do you like best about Alternative Payments?

I like how easy Alternative is to understand and navigate after only a short time using the tool. I really like the solution's ability to divide deposit batches up by customer as well. In previous tools, we've had to manually separate transactions in QB. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Alternative Payments?

As far I can remember during my initial internship days, I used to get payments as my stipend in form of cash which should not be good. There was no any method other than cash to pay. Then various tools came including this Alternative Payments.

The best thing about this software is it's very simple to configure. Nowadays when we are almost moved to digitalization, modes other than cash are on top. Here alternative payments software is very easy to configure, design as per need and use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Alternative Payments?

When it was new to implement everyone was unaware to configure it. Then their support team really helped user to understand the product, configure according to need and use it for long. What problems is Alternative Payments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like I mentioned, in initial days it was hard to understand the product and customize according to the need. Then their support team helped user and us as administrator to configure.
