Altamira Recruiting Reviews & Product Details

Altamira Recruiting is a cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) that manages the full hiring cycle on one configurable platform, from sourcing to onboarding. Recruiters can create vacancies and publish them across leading job boards and social networks through multiposting, host candidates on a branded, mobile-friendly career site, and build a structured, searchable candidate database. AI-powered tools (resume parsing, semantic search and CV matching) rank applicants and surface the best-fit profiles automatically, cutting screening time. Customizable workflows cover every stage, including document collection, offer-letter generation and electronic signing, so onboarding runs inside the same system.
