**What do you like best about Alta AI?**

It has a simple user interface to build mobile app. Also, you can build mobile app without coding. Alta chatbot is interesting & superb. Very useful app.

**What do you dislike about Alta AI?**

As Alta AI doesn't have code system for building mobile app, it sometimes gets issue. It has issue in page loading & website gets down. Also, chatbot sometimes give vague answers to queries.

**What problems is Alta AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alta AI has made building mobile app easier. Chatbot helps to provide information & insights related to mobile apps. Designing the app has became easier using Alta AI.

**What do you like best about Alta AI?**

Alta is easy to train and upload materials. I'm looking forward to being able to export the questions that the bot has been asked. I would highly recommend Alta to others as it makes building a customized AI bot easy.

**What do you dislike about Alta AI?**

Theyre working on building out an analytics page, I'll be excited to see that addition to their product.

**What problems is Alta AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Built it for internal company use -- hoping to cut down on the amount of questions staff has for finance/hr. They now have a place they can go that will answer 99% of their issues immediately, and it prevents us from responding to dozens of emails each day.

**What do you like best about Alta AI?**

I really like the Alta product as it reads documents and uses AI to answer questions very quickly. It is awesome at finding results fast. As a realtor, I need to read disclosures and with the help of Alta, it is a quick process and less time consuming. I would recommend this to my fellow realtors.

**What do you dislike about Alta AI?**

Nothing as it is easy to operate and I liked it

**What problems is Alta AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to read from lengthy reports of home inspections and disclosures and making your decision
