The LAB's! The LAB materials were outstanding. They came complete with clear exercise instructions that challenged, diagrams of the topologies and answer keys for when I got stuck or was not totally clear on the right commands to execute. The practice exams were challenging and forced me to understand, retain and recall the CCNA curriculum in order to consistently pass them. Alpha was one of my primary study and practice tools used to study and prepare for my CCNA. Thanks in part to the Alpha Prep team, I passed my CCNA exam and officially certified. There were a few questions in the practice exams that either confused me or were potentially incorrect. However when I reached out to the support team they were quick to respond and resolve any issues I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, with an abundance of questions that are both challenging and affordable. The platform includes an AI-powered tracking system that evaluates whether your current skill level is sufficient to pass the exam on the first attempt.

I found AlphaPrep to be of great help during my exam preparation. While it is true that you may not encounter the exact same questions in the exam, consistently scoring an average of 85% or higher across the dumps, tests, and exams offered on the platform significantly increases your chances of passing.

AlphaPrep played a key role in helping me pass my CCNA, and I look forward to using it again as I prepare for my CCNP later this year. Thank you to the AlphaPrep team for the excellent support and platform.

They charged 40 dollars then they didn't give me their service. They just forwarded me a copy of pdf book, not theirs it is an official Cisco Book which I didn't order. Their website doesn't include deleting my credit card information. The AlphaPrep exam engine provided personalized exams that challenged me as I grew stronger with the CCNA 200-301 material. When I answered a question incorrectly, the explanation and/or video tutorial did an excellent job explaining what the correct answer was and why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Alphaprep does a great job of showing you areas you are weak in and giving you a good overall view of how you're doing with the topics. For example I was able to see that I struggled with IPv6 so I went back to study the material and then did some quizzes on IPv6, selecting only the hardest questions. This meant when I got and IPv6 question in the real exam I was confident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are no simulation questions, there are questions that give you a network diagram and ask for information based on that but the real exam has questions where commands must be entered in a simulation and that is lacking in Alphaprep.

Also some of the questions can be a little buggy, such as asking for an answer based on a diagram and not providing a diagram, though these were few and far between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing, in my opinion, that AlphaPrep offers is the ability to dial in your strengths and weaknesses. The percentages given for each testing section really helped me focus on what I needed to work on. After taking an exam or two I highlighted my weaknesses on a given subject area and dialed in on which areas I needed to improve to succeed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not enjoy that when I previously purchased the ICND1 package for 7 days. The package contained the questions and some refresher videos. While the videos were very helpful in making me understand the source material, they were very few and far between. I also found that I could just pay for the questions at a reduced rate on a monthly basis. I would have opted for that instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
