I usually use Mailchimp, but the AI design tools with AlpacaRelay are much better. Every single email looks great and matches my brand perfectly. I can’t believe how easy it is to use, which is what matters to me. Getting started was also very easy, and even people who are new to this can figure it out quickly. **What do you dislike about AlpacaRelay?** The design tools are fantastic, but they don't have send capabilities. I have to download the templates and add it to my ESP. I hope they add some integrations or create their own sending tools. **What problems is AlpacaRelay solving and how is that benefiting you?** AlpacaRelay helps me understand what is wrong with my email before I even send. I normally have to wait for the data to find our what works, but AlpacaRelay has the scorer which helps me get closer on the first try. It's easy to export from AlpacaRelay, and the tool produces MJML so I never run into issues with the design behaving different in different email clients. Compared to other tools priced at this level, I think the quality here is much nicer and even the free tier works well. **What do you dislike about AlpacaRelay?** Woud love to see more integrations. Right now it's a nice standalone tool, but this could be next level if they build in the right integrations. **What problems is AlpacaRelay solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a small agency and started using AlpacaRelay to support client work. I still like to put on a few finishing touches myself with the drag-and-drop interface, but the AI interface is huge for productivity.
