# How are you using AlpacaRelay’s email quality score to improve campaign results?

We rely heavily on AlpacaRelay’s email quality score to spot weaknesses in drafts before sending, and the suggested corrections help boost confidence. Since we stopped sending emails with poor scores, our open rate has climbed to around 27%, and focusing on quality over volume has driven repeat purchases. The main challenge is that performance data still lives in our ESP, and there’s no direct Mailchimp integration, so reporting means jumping between tools. How are others handling performance tracking and reporting alongside AlpacaRelay?
