What do you like best about Almabase?

Almabase's customer service is second to none, they can't do enough to help and are always super speedy with responses. The setup process was very easy, and I am able to manage the site and add content very easily (and I have no experience of website development). It's a superior product for a competative price, you get extra functionality to some of the other big players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Almabase?

Not much - the format is quite prescriptive but that suits us as we're not web developers - so it's a benefit in that the site looks professional no matter what we do to it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Almabase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We originally bought the platform for alumni to engage with one another - it's actually most useful to us to process donations, take event bookings, do crowdfunding campaigns and hold and search alumni data. It's great to create lots of alumni content away from the main school website, we love sending our enewsletter through the site and directing all of our social media comms into Almabase.
