Allsorter is a recruitment technology company headquartered in Dublin, working with recruitment agencies and in-house talent teams worldwide. We build software for the part of recruitment that nobody built tools for: the work between receiving a brief and delivering a shortlist. It's the most time-consuming stretch of a recruiter's day, and the least supported. The reviews and track record on this listing reflect Allsorter, our candidate presentation product; Allsorter Nexus is newer, built by the same team on the same underlying engine. Allsorter Nexus is our chat-driven recruitment workflow platform: the orchestration layer that sits above whichever ATS an organisation already runs, rather than replacing it. Instead of clicking through separate tools for sourcing, screening and presentation, a recruiter describes what they need in plain language and Nexus carries out the work. Flows automate bulk actions across a whole desk of live roles at once, Nexus Sourcing brings candidate sourcing into the same conversation rather than a separate tool, and the Hiring Manager Portal gives hiring managers a clean, consistent interface to review and respond to a shortlist rather than a CV forwarded as an email attachment. Because Nexus sits above the ATS layer rather than living inside a single system, it works the same way regardless of which ATS, or how many, an organisation runs, a real advantage for any business that has ended up on more than one ATS through growth, acquisition, or different teams making different choices over time. Essential and Professional plans are available, both with unlimited users, priced on the credits a team actually uses. Candidate presentation, inside both Nexus and Allsorter, runs on D8talive, the extraction engine behind four years of parsing and formatting development. D8talive reads a CV or resume, whatever format it arrives in, PDF, Word, or a profile pulled from LinkedIn, Indeed or Seek, and captures 95%+ of the data into structured fields in seconds, regardless of how inconsistent the original layout was. Allsorter is the candidate presentation product this all started with, and it's used by more than 400 recruitment agencies and in-house teams. It offers two reformatting modes: One-Click Reformatting keeps a candidate's original layout intact while applying your branding and redacting selected details, and Fully Reformat Resume converts the document into your own branded template from the ground up. Bias Redaction removes selected personal identifiers, like names, schools or employers, to support a more consistent and inclusive candidate review process, alongside the option to remove contact details entirely. The editor gives recruiters full manual control, with a dual-screen view showing the original CV on one side and the reformatted profile on the other, so every change can be checked at a glance. Allsorter reformats into 29 languages, and the AI Productivity Suite adds translation, anonymising a profile, shortening or expanding sections, converting to third person, and generating tailored candidate summaries and cover emails, all inside the same editor. Recruiters can build their own look and feel in Allsorter's Template Builder, setting fonts, brand colours, logos, page size and margins with a live preview; the finished template is added to Allsorter and used to format and brand every candidate resume that follows. Custom Prompts let a user, or an entire organisation, save reusable formatting instructions, with up to 10 on Team plans and up to 20 on Business. Allsorter integrates directly with the ATS platforms recruitment teams already run: Team includes Bullhorn, JobAdder, Vincere, Tracker and Mercury, and Business adds Salesforce on top of all five. On security and compliance, both Allsorter and Nexus are ISO 27001 certified, with the certification scope covering the same processes and controls across everything we build, and GDPR compliant, with a published data processing agreement and a 7-day data retention window by default on Allsorter. Two self-serve Allsorter plans are available: Team, from $16 a month, and Business, from $200 a month, both with unlimited users and priced on credits rather than a flat per-seat fee. Both include Intelligent Extraction, both reformatting modes, Bias Redaction, multilingual reformatting, the AI Productivity Suite, Template Builder, Organization Analytics and in-product AI Agent Support. Business adds a higher monthly credit allowance, a Dedicated Customer Success Manager, and a live 30-minute onboarding session. An Enterprise plan is available for organisations that need more than Business covers, built around actual usage with custom credit volumes and support arrangements agreed directly with our team. Nexus, similarly, offers Essential and Professional plans, priced on credits with unlimited users on both. Both products serve agencies and in-house talent teams equally. For a recruitment agency, that means every client sees a consistent standard of candidate presentation and shortlist, whichever recruiter on the desk built it, and a workflow that holds up whether a desk runs one ATS or several across different client accounts. For an in-house talent acquisition team, it means a hiring manager gets a clear, reliable profile every time, backed by a documented compliance standard that holds up to internal scrutiny. Recruiters are already using AI tools on candidate data day to day, often without the rest of the team knowing which tools, or how. Our position is that the right answer is giving a team a sanctioned tool, so that stops being invisible, rather than pretending it isn't happening. Nexus and Allsorter are built to be that sanctioned choice: recruitment software a team is actually supposed to be using, built by one team, on one engine.
