Saving time with employee payroll, the employees are documenting what they do on a daily basis, I'm tracing my customers, their calls and what they're looking for, the time of day they're calling and being able to use the CRM part as well. I'm just now starting putting my orders and estimates in (that frustrating part of set up thing again!) but really think this will be a time saver for us, too! The amount of time that you can save while being extremely efficient is my favorite aspect. In today's busy world, time is our most precious resource and can be our biggest enemy in the business world. With AllProWebTools I can get more done in less time and automate processes so I can even make money while I sleep. To have such a powerful a tool at a rate that is truly affordable is awesome. I've setup the CRM and integrated it with my website, setup email drip campaigns, can use the introduce feature to help clients and track whom I've introduced already. Keeping notes on clients, employees, projects and so on helps me stay organized. What do you like best about AllProWebTools?

From the moment I started with AllProWebTools, I have received the best customer service and support around! They go above and beyond to make sure that you are 100% happy. No matter what the problem is, even if you created the problem, they are there to work it out. What I love is that they also interested in teaching you, so that you can learn and grow! You have the choice to do the work yourself and hire them and their experts! Either way, the product is, by far, the very best CRM product out there! Love it!!! What do you like best about AllProWebTools?

The seamless integration of all the functional components needed to start a business. One feature, in terms of APWT's pricing is that it charges for Customer Service, which I think is very wise. My experience as CRP companies take on more clients the demand for its Customer Service increases and eventually becomes a significant costs; by charging for customer service support, the customers with the most problems are paying for his/hers questions. To help mitigate the CS cost the company that provides "Free" customer service then off-shores the support and frequently the telecommunication connection is not clear, the wait time can be 45-60 mins before connecting with the CS rep., and it is usually difficult to understand the language of the CS reps. in the "off-shore" country. Help Guides are challenging; APWTs is open to making changes to make it more specific. I have not been using APWTs to tell you more about "dislikes"; so far, every issue that I've encountered is my own error and APWT's Customer Service has been responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm uneducated in my dislike - I'm no software developer. It must be a bare to really constantly be changing and adjusting a software that you developed and I don't know if my dislike is even fixable....that being said....Changes that I need implemented to shift the nature and efficiency of my team seem to take a long time to implement. I know I'm not their only customer and they acknowledge me/my need and tell me that a change I recommended will be implemented by "such and such" a date....it just is often months away and I become disheartened in it. Our customer data location is great. We use it on every call. We also have a process that adjusts as we grow to reconnect with leads that perhaps haven't converted.
