Allfred is a great tool for any project or account manager. It was a first time for me to use a tool like this and it changed everything about my workflow and about managing my tasks. Another thing is an amazing customer support, whenever there is a new update we will get a conference call with the creators and talk all about the new features and how to implement them. Thanks to Allfred, I understand what's going on the projects I manage. From high-level picture down to detailed statistics (budget spend, time tracking, non-billable overhead, etc) that help me to manage potential risks. All project informations at place, no need to search in multiple email threads. Its easy to implement it. You can use it instantly "straight out of the box". As a creative, we easily forget to track time or get lost in bloody timesheets. This one is seamless because it works like a to-do list for the day/week/etc., and after the job is done, just check if the estimated time fits with reality and go for the next job. Now about the All. I found the time tracking very easy, as it offers many ways to do so. The allocation is very intuitive, so even our specialists can use it confidently without much fuss and difficult onboarding.

The management of budgets, budget items, tasks etc. is very smooth. And again - the greatest asset of the all is the client service and the will to adjust the features.
