I like the redlining and the mock-ups the best. I also like that it is able to search through labor laws as well as contract laws to be able to give thought-through recommendations on how to proceed. It saves on research time and gives some certainty to processes on how to proceed, especially when dealing with difficult situations, whether it's employee negotiations, terminations, or contract review. I absolutely love the customer service of Aline AI; they are super responsive and always willing to help with setup, training, and any questions we have. We've been floored by how great their support has been. The playbooks are also really good because they prevent us from missing important steps. Additionally, I find the reporting function super intuitive and quick, making it much easier to analyze contracts and terms. This not only simplifies answering questions about contracts but also speeds up the process of pulling required information when it comes to renewal terms, MSAs, and termination policies. I've had some challenges with the templates and workflows in allocating people to the right steps/phases of review/signing, but I think its more of a training issue on my part. Implementation was refreshingly simple. There was no complex integration lift, and we saw value on day one. We rolled Aline out first to our renewals team and are now extending it to our sales organization. It helps non legal team members draft contracts using the correct templates, improving both drafting quality and template compliance without requiring legal to review every document. We also rely on it heavily for data extraction across our contract repository, which has let us answer questions and quantify risk in ways we simply could not before.

Aline also built a Salesforce integration for us, which has been a great addition. It allows the sales team to live in Salesforce rather than switching tools, and we are now rolling that out. The AI backed playbook function reliably identifies the correct answer and proposes language within our approved parameters, but the drafted language varies slightly each time even when the underlying answer is the same. I would like consistent output so I do not have to review each draft to confirm it still works.
