We've been floored by how great their support has been. The playbooks are also really good because they prevent us from missing important steps. There was no complex integration lift, and we saw value on day one. We rolled Aline out first to our renewals team and are now extending it to our sales organization. It helps non legal team members draft contracts using the correct templates, improving both drafting quality and template compliance without requiring legal to review every document. We also rely on it heavily for data extraction across our contract repository, which has let us answer questions and quantify risk in ways we simply could not before. Aline also built a Salesforce integration for us, which has been a great addition. It allows the sales team to live in Salesforce rather than switching tools, and we are now rolling that out.
