What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?

Chatmeter makes it easy to manage reviews on our Google, Glassdoor and social platforms. We have had to work out a few kinks here and there, but more importantly, if an issue arises, our point of contact is very quick to respond and either solve the problem or bring a new idea. What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?

The dashboard can take longer than expected to import a review. I also wish the filters didn't reset every day (for example: I press date range "All Time" and the next day it resets to only that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chatmeter helps us to group and organize our locations to make it easier for us to report by region as well as line of service. What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?

The reason we made the switch to Chatmeter was because we weren't receiving the support we wanted from a previous vendor. Chatmeter was incredible with their onboarding and has continued to provide solutions to more than we initially sought. Their price is competitive and their UI is easy for all. "A Must Have For Property Management!"

What do you like best about Alchemer Listings Management?

Chatmeter is a time saver and must-have when managing certain aspects of marketing for a property management company with over 40 communities in multiple states. It is rare to find ONE platform to execute several tasks, and more of a rarity to have that platform that performs well. Through Chatmeter, I can monitor and respond to all our location's reviews, post to their social media accounts, respond to Google questions, manage Google photos and info, and manage all our listings content.
