Its various dashboards make keeping all my listings up to date very easily. Its real-time review notifications for new reviews and the ability to store response templates help streamline our reputation management. What do you dislike about Alchemer Listings Management?

The most significant item I can think of are tools/features to generate reviews. I noticed something new was added, but it would be great to have the ability to automatically send emails or texts to our client database to solicit feedback and/or reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you get to interact with the Chatmeter team and work independently by logging into the dashboard. I like that the Chatmeter team isn't sending me "how to" videos are open to having calls to discuss my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it is hard to find things in the dashboard without instructions from the Chatmeter team. Some of the naming and labeling within the dashboard are confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
